We were in a room facing highway 101 and the noise made sleeping pretty difficult. Very thin windows and no noise barriers means every vehicle is loud. Would choose a room on the other side and if not available would look for another property.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was good. Breakfast options were good.

The parking lot is a little sketchy. Wish they had security in the lot. The room had an overwhelming flower disinfectant spray smell…. Not sure what it was hiding.

The breakfast seating area Is on the main hallway to the main rear door, And on a chilly morning, the drafting noise from that door was annoying to everyone. The location is convenient off the freeway but the location is a bit isolated from stores and restaurants that are a few miles down the road.

The receptionist put me in a quiet room at the back of the hotel. I was on the second floor the hallway was bright and wide. Breakfast was good and I ate tasteless. Scrambled eggs and sausage.

Parking was jammed both nights and had to walk with a lot of bags. The parking lot (west side) smelled with a lot of cigarette smoke

Great staff helping at the counter. They were very hospitable and kind when the neighbor below us gave a noise complaint! Great customer service!!!

well we had 6 adults we didn’t have enough towels however the staff was very helpful and nice and brought us what we needed. it would have been nice to have room already stocked

Fire alarm went off twice one night, terrifying us both times being woke up to this. (No fire). This awakened my 15 mo. Grand baby as well. Not a restful night by any means. When asked at check-out what the problem was the front desk couldn't give me an answer and didn't offer any apology or compensation for a night without sleep. Maybe better security at night is the answer?

We were not told on multi day stay that they didn’t clean room each night. Would have liked the trash at least emptied each day.

The hotel is starting to look a little grungy just in general. Like starting to need up dates in bathroom fixtures ( we had mold on the ceiling and rust on all of the pipes, toilet was grungy).

Hotel was conveniently located for multiple to do attractions and restaurants. Bed in the hotel was very comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They themselves made the stay for even just a night worth it.

Water-saving faucets were awful, a very short cycle. The room above us was very noisy. No clothing hooks in the bathroom

We were in what looked like to be a handicapped room. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so it flooded the entire floor.

Bed was super comfortable. Probably the best bed at a hotel that we have slept on ever. Facility was super clean.
