The facilities weren't that extensive. You can get more at a similar price point at other hotels in Boston.

There was nothing we didn’t like - it was just not anything special. Could have had a nice cafe or breakfast option downstairs

We went there because on the website it said they have a roof top lounge and a restaurant. No where did it say they were closed down. We didn’t get to do what we originally planned because of the wrong information on the website.

For the price breakfast should be included. It was a really expensive stay for a hotel that didn’t even really offer much over what other hotels offer. Room was quite warm and managing that was not as straightforward as it should have been.

Nice rooms and overall aesthetically pleasing hotel. It was very near a train station and so was super convenient for me. It was also only a 22 minute walk from the venue I needed to get to every day.

We struggled with the very really controlled heat, the room was constantly too hot, even when we opened the window.

Hotel is very nice, clean and in a good location right near restaurants and the subway, only one stop from South Station, and about 25min walk to Boston Common.

Wonderful location! Right by a red line stop and about a 15 minutes walk into the Seaport. The bed was also comfy! Also we got a room that looked out over the train depot and that was fun and funky.

"Paper-thin" wall to adjacent room, overheard neighbor phone discussion at 6 AM. Rooms were OK, a little small but with a nice view.

Staff at check in are perfectly pleasant but it is obvious they would rather be elsewhere. The lighting in the room was terrible.

Location is absolutely perfect for dining. Hotel is large, clean and modern.

The rooms were so spacious never had a double bedded room so big, the glass door not great no privacy and the lighting is too dim. Also no place to leave cases. The beds are excellent very comfortable and the place is spotless. So easy to get around with the subway across the road. Staff very helpful. No facilities to eat very bad and not informed before we got there. I would recommend and l would definitely stay there again.

Rooms a little small and not enough storage. T.V kept loosing signal. Bar which I know is not run by the hotel is very expensive. a pity really because the staff in the bar were excellent.

Location felt a bit out, but Lyft and Uber were easy to use. Rooms were a little cosy but the bathroom was very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean.

Although the bathroom was spacious, it has taken away from the Room's area. as I was traveling alone i was rather comfortable, however the space would be more limited if I was with my Wife. There was a convenience store at the reception however it was rather small, It would have been nicer if it was bigger for late night snacks or drinks.

The hotel location is close to the convention center, within walking distance ~20-30min walk So its good value for money in relation to its location. Room is carpeted, quiet , and very comfortable with nice lightings. I specially liked the bathroom, that was spacious.

There were very loud noises every night inside the building that sounded like it was inside the walls. The elevator also made very loud banging.

The roof top restaurant highlighted as an offering east open even when weather was permitting as of today not meet the owners best interests it seems. Restaurants on site run separately. Need space in rooms to allocate luggage for traveler’s. This has been said by everyone..
