The only downside is having to pay for parking on top of paying for the hotel room. The lot was full of potholes.

The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities and a wonderful view. Good location right in the middle of downtown within walking distance of so many things!

Parking situation was confusing (hotel charged more than if paid at lot), planned in appetizers before event but there wasn’t a chef so no food available (things happen but info wasn’t shared that kitchen was closed so we went without eating as counted on it and the no time to go out to eat).

The Hotel is so nice and friendly, the staff is very helpful and nice, they helped me to find a restaurant, and they told me everything about the city. The room was so comfortable and clean, the towels were so cozy, and the bed was great. I loved the roll experience. Definitely, we're going to come back there.

The man entrance was on the side and connected to another hotel. Nothing too serious, just a little confusing at first glance.

It was very clean and a very nice hotel. The staff was nice, and the location is decent, being close to highway and downtown. Plenty of parking, there and also across the street.

I request a light cleaning during my stay and it was never done. So each day I had to go to the front desk for clean towels and wash cloths. Sheets were not changed my entire stay. Trash was not picked up.

Overall the stay was good the ladies at the front desk was nice and professional. The bartender was nice. The location of the hotel was near the event we attended which was great.

Was told by an employee over the phone that the parking was in a parking garage under the hotel, come to find out that was not true. Parking lot could’ve been in better shape. No breakfast or fruit amenities at all. And for the price I paid, I was at least expecting some fruit bowls or something in the morning other than 1 pot of coffee.

It was nice. Room and bed was comfy. Bathroom and shower were huge. A beautiful view of downtown Minneapolis. Within walking distance of Target Field and Target Center.

Lots of homeless and shady people in the area. Walking around at night made you feel unsafe. I was asked for money a few times when trying to find a place to eat, So be careful as there are not a lot of people around and you will be one on one with the street hustlers.

Good place you pay $18 a day for parking though. They should tell you that when booking. It was clean and location was okay. I was there on business and a Twins game. You can walk to Target Field

You have to request that the room be cleaned during your stay. We ended up emptying our own trash & washing our drinking glasses each day. The also did not put enough coffee in the room for the length of the stay, meaning we had to go to the front desk & ask for replenishments. Not a big deal but I think a missed opportunity to provide better service. Also, the plus, plus on the bill was a surprise, our $134 per night turned into $180.

The Hotel had only been open 7 months when we visited in August. Everything looked sparkling and new. The room was big enough but not what I would call spacious. The bathroom was great, large counter & very nice, roomy shower. From this location, most restaurants & activities were within 2 miles, so we could walk to many of them. Alex, at the front desk was a delight.
