We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was lovely. It's a bit off the main resort traffic road and therefore a bit quieter. The view of the bay was awesome. The bed was comfy.

United StatesI didn’t like that they didn’t have a suitcase holder and a small dresser. I am handicapped and it was hard to reach my suitcase on the floor! Also no water provided. Otherwise I would definitely give it a 10 star rating!!!!!!

I would have preferred a hand held shower in the bathroom, like the first visit to the hotel... I even asked the front desk person..... I was told they are not available at that day.... Because of medical conditions , hand held shower hose is better for me....

The new rules about having fish and/or seafood in the hotel guest rooms, especially in a resort that specializes in seafood and a hotel restaurant that serves seafood, were disappointing and difficult to uphold. What are you to do with any leftovers?
The location, balcony view, on site restaurant, and smart room features were exceptional.
