We only had one breakfast. Unfortunately it was on a day with a new cook. It took an hour to get our food. My husband ordered an omelet that even I could have cooked better. Bacon over cooked and my pancakes were not that great. The server was overstressed and telling everyone how happy he'd be when he got off at 11am. He wasn't very pleasant and was rude at times to myself and to others.

The hot tub was out of order but that could not be helped and was not a huge deal. Pool was clean and warm and the pool area was cozy.

The location to the airport and cruise terminal was perfect! I was very impressed with the size of the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. We were able to schedule the shuttle to the airport and it was right on time.

Our only issue was that it took 1 1/2 hours to get their shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Even after calling several times. I understand that there was a high volume of people coming in... but this is a cruise port - airport and shuttle services need to get this figured out.

We found the hotel very comfortable and very clean. We had a car so could access shopping and restaurants with ease. The hotel has a nice small restaurant in lobby area...we had breakfast there (for us an extra cost) and it was very good. Not the usual "breakfast included" type facility...much nicer. Also, hotel has a big cooler in lobby area with drinks, food and snacks if you arrived late. Very handy.

We were located above the entrance and could hear the sliding doors open and close all night. Not within walking distance of anything other than a fantastic restaurant Las Vegas Cuban Food.

Funky room layout but it was functional. Bed was really comfortable and easy to control the temperature in the room. Front desk staff were great.

It could have been quieter and dinner could have been served later! Coming from California it was very hard to get food at 9:00

Breakfast was very delicious I could have had two of them though and I should have ordered another! LOL I didn't not like the loud banging doors early in the morning I had especially requested the quietest room in the hotel but unfortunately the doors are loud. It's possible it was cleaning staff making the loud bang but I was in bed and didn't see who was leaving the room!

The pool and hot tub were not heated too cold to go in. The gym was not air conditioned and was 79 degrees, too warm to workout in. There was nothing within walking distance and to cross the street was dangerous as the traffic was very heavy and drove very fast. Had to hire an Uber to go to beach and shopping. Manager did give a 15% discount on room. Very clean and bed was very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and worked with what was available.

The Room: No clock, the sofa was filthy, and the hallways needed to be vacuumed more. The staff were pleasant at check-in, but after that they were very cold and never spoke, no good mornings, even when checking out and walking out with bags no thanks for your stay, safe travels nothing… they need to be more personable clearly, almost bordered on being rude!

Location was convenient next to 95, the room was actually nice, especially the bathroom… Parking was great as well!
