Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe food wasn’t very good and I thought overpriced for what you got. I’ve received three requests for surveys but never received my invoice, not at checkout or emailed. I thought perhaps it would be emailed to me but that didn’t happen either. I called yesterday and requested my bill and it was supposed to be emailed but nothing.
We had a large spacious room, close to the elevator and ice machine. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and bright. Lots of wonderful activities for adults and children.

United StatesBeing dog friendly, there was a small yappy dog that was left alone for HOURS in the room next to ours that did not stop barking from around 2pm until well after 7pm (I’m assuming when the owners returned).
There was so much to do! Lots of activities, VERY pet friendly. Great staff. Comfortable and clean and a lot of fun.

I was surprised at the size room and we liked the small touches like water bottles in the room. And we loved the fact that there was a restaurant right there and we didn't have to go out to get food after a long day of traveling.

United StatesMy only gripe, I wish there was some manner of nightlight offered in the kids' camp "nook." Also because the room was very close to the front door, and music is piped into the exterior halls, my child could hear muffled music and said it made it difficult to fall asleep. I wish there was a coffee bar for guests to enjoy.
My fam of three was in one of the deluxe King rooms. The kid's lodging was super fun. The rooms were huge! And there were so many fun additional amenities on site that were an added bonus for my 7yo to explore. I also appreciated the flavored water the hotel offered. Duckpin bowling was also a plus.
