Housekeeping never came into our room. Each day they knocked but never entered. We asked them on two separate occasions to come back but they didn't. Each day we returned to an uncleaned room. Bed/mattress was high and soft/squishy making it difficult for me to climb in to sleep. The location of the breakfast room should be labeled better. I think I expected more since the price was higher than other hotels in the area.

The hotel was recommended by family who live in area. The room was nice. There were good options for breakfast in the breakfast room which is located in the pool area.

Property seems to be used as a hotel and a long term rental facility. Some noise transferred through the walls illuminating the activity being conducted by the neighbors.

The breakfast arrangements are a little spartan. You are served a hot breakfast in a polystyrene container through a hatch by the pool and if the weather is fine, you can sit by the pool to eat it. If it's raining or cold the only alternative is to take it back to your room

The room was fine for what I needed. Nothing too fancy and perhaps a little dated, but nothing was missing. In particular it had a microwave which meant I did not have to eat out all the time. It also had a desk as I had quite a lot of work to do.

TV was a little small and the remote didn't give us a guide. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room so that wasn't really terrible.

The rooms on the interior courtyard were a bit gloomy, and the WiFi was quite slow at weekends (I’d assume there was more guests sharing it).

The hotel is close to downtown Campbell and public transit options. It is easy to find from the highway and has plenty of parking access. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The pool and hot tub were so dirty gunk on the floors and walls, like it hasn’t been cleaned in so long. None of the bins in the room had any bags for trash, luckily we had our own. No biggie! In the morning we had calls going to the phone but there was no one on the other line?

I liked the location was near so many eateries and stores. The hotel room was cozy and smelled clean. The location itself was beautiful. Parking was perfect too!

The breakfast need more variety and they star 7am Is late I think if they start 6:00 a.m. is better because normally the people start work like 7:00 so they don't have time to eat something 6:00 a.m. is better for sure

Overall appearance first impression was... old. Could do something to spruce it up.

Location was great. 5 mins to campbell town on one side, 5 mins to pruneyard shopping center and just across campbell park for some fresh air. Room was well equipped for that size. microwave to heat food, refrigerator to keep things cool, i love the water boiler/coffee machine. The housekeeping lady... always very cheery and helpful. Counter staff too. Had a great stay.

I had incident someone smoking pot with vent system blew right into room . Gave me headache and worried about granddaughter. Staff was nice. Suggested to use exhaust fan and offer change of room but was ten at night. They investigated to stop further problem

Breakfast was a joke. The breakfast area was still closed down because of Covid. As a result a couple of nice ladies "served" breakfast in styrofoam containers. One could have a portion of eggs, meat and potatoes as well as juice or coffee. There were also options for packaged health bars. Not what I would consider a great breakfast offering, but better than one a year earlier at a different property where breakfast was only a word on a sign saying it was not offered in order to "protect" everyone.

Breakfast, no toast, need more choices, and especially not allowed to eat inside is ridiculous, Bacon was good.

Room clean, quiet most part, lady at front desk friendly. I would recommend and will stay here again.
