There was no access to vending machines for drinks or snacks, both were out-of-order. Breakfast selection was minimal, but did include hot do-it-yourself waffles. Coffee carafe was empty during prime breakfast time, with employees hard to find.

This little hotel provided a clean, comfortable, economical overnight stay. Our room was spacious and included a recliner, sofa, and comfortable bed. Bathroom was small, but adequate. Laundry Room was available for guests near entrance.

Run down, paint peeling, especially in side entrances, bad location. Air conditioner right beside bed with barely room to get through, curtains ripped. Back grounds in bad shape.

There were three people in our party, but they gave us a smaller room with no sitting facilities except a single desk chair. When we changed to a larger room for only two people, we had a whole couch and chairs. We spent over a week here, and a room with some furniture would have been really nice.

This is by far the best place for a decent price that we have found in McAllister. We go here every year and spend a few days. The rooms are large and well maintained, and the place is very quiet. It smells decent too which is unusual for the McAllister motels. It's about five miles from town, but it's a very direct and easy route. It's well worth the drive.

The price was exceptional for what you received. The room was clean and very spacious. Also, there was no road noise and the hotel was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included but it was continental in style. They did have waffles and oatmeal.

The bed and the room was very clean. My only concern was the sofa. I didn’t feel like I could sit in it due to its age and appearance.

Breakfast was very basic. No meats. BUT I understand with a smaller number of rooms having a full compliment breakfast is not a priority. So its not a real issue for me.

Location is perfect for me for a long trip I make multiple times. Its almost exactly central to my trip. The rooms are SPARKLING spotless & always smell wonderful. The rear of the property with the small lake and sitting area are very relaxing. The STAFF is always laid back, friendly & accomodating. .

The breakfast doesn't offer anything my husband and I can eat but most hotels in this price range don't offer breakfast at all so this doesn't bother us.

The price can't be beat. It's half way between our house and my parents so it's a perfect place to pull in for a night's rest when we are making the trip down.
