The bathtub/shower was VERY slippery. My daughter almost fell when she took her shower and the same almost happened to me when I took a shower.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful which made the stay even better. The bed was very comfortable. My daughter and I slept well.

Room needs some work including new shower curtain, bathroom sink drainage needs improved. I was sorry that there was no breakfast or healthy options in the shop. Also, they sold cereal with no milk available. Windows were very dirty.

Great location for visiting Abilene. Staff were wonderful. Room excellent. Good storage space. Delectable bed. Blue Bell ice cream in the shop.

I gave my room to my workers and had to find another place to stay. Then the room leaked all night from the rain(on top floor). The manager has okayed a refund and I hope this happens

Very disappointed. When I checked in I asked about the other room to make sure both reservations were as they should be. Guess what, there was no other room! Even though I had all the paperwork from Booking.com showing my reservations, the hotel said that you had never send the information for the second room. Then they said that the second room showed to have been canceled 4 days after it had been made. So I tried calling Booking .com to help me and had to deal with a ridiculous recording that asked for your booking number over and over and over. It was a nightmare and really made a huge mess of the whole weekend.

I paid in advance for 3 rooms during my college graduation. My entire family showed up and was told they were overbooked and my reservation had been cancelled. There were no other rooms available anywhere. We had to drive home in the middle of the night after the graduation ceremony. The hotel had apparently known the reservation was cancelled 3 days prior but left it up to Booking.com to notify people (which they didn't.). The hotel should have called people as soon as they knew it had to be cancelled.

The elevator abd floors could be cleaner. Our toilet was shaky and the refrigerator wouldn’t get cold enough, but iris offered to have a maintenance guy look at it.

Iris is AMAZING. She answered all my questions and even brought my mother a blanket to our room. I’ve stayed here twice and have had great experiences. Its walking distance to Walmart and there are many stores close by. It’s a great location.

Expensive for a place needing some upgrade and non functional items in room. Woke up at 1130 by water backing up in our sink in kitchenette even though we had not used anything there. No one available to fix although the young lady did her best. No offer to move rooms so we lived nasty water slow draining all night and luckily no recurrence.

the room is old, outdated, shower/tub was stained and has a rounded bottom so you can’t stand flat in the shower; no dvd as mentioned in description, towel holder above toilet is rusted and the room I booked and paid for was not the room I received. The iron was rusty and I was afraid to use it. had to ask for an ironing board. this was NOT a King Executive Suite as I had booked. finally I was refused a copy of my bill at check out and told I had to get it from the third party booking agent.

The hotel was not very clean, dirty carpet and a little outdated. There was no coffee in the room and the coffee in the lobby was empty most of the time. There are no ice machines at the property and the ice maker did not work in our room. The pictures online were nothing like the facilities. No seating area anywhere on the property and there was in the pictures online.

The room had plenty of space for a family with 2 adults & 2 kids
