Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rate Booking.com gave included taxes and when we checked in the hotel didn't honor this, so the rate was actually $25 more dollars than we expected. We may have not booked this hotel if we had known as we had a nightly limit.
The hotel is small and new at the end of a cul de sac, so very quiet. It was very clean and new and fairly well appointed, but definitely geared to the business long stay traveler.

United StatesI didn't like the late check in time of 4:00pm. I actually emailed the hotel two different times to request an earlier check-in and no one ever replied. My first room the ac was extremely loud and it had a foul odor. Luckily I was able to change rooms the following day. The bed was also much too firm for me and seemed really small for a Queen size. The location is a positive and negative. Positive due to it being right off the highway and access to stores, restaurants and the Braves stadium. The negative is the hotel sits in a really odd location behind Target and a very old Red Roof hotel sits right next to it.
The hotel is only four months old I believe and everything is obviously still very new and clean throughout. The hotel was very quiet. My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom included all Dove products which I really enjoyed using. There is no breakfast at this location, however in the lobby is complimentary coffee, and you're able to purchase chips, ice cream,frozen meals, laundry products and more. The laundry is complimentary! Also in your guest room is a large laundry basket the hotel provides. I thought this was wonderful for the guests and I haven't seen this at any other hotels I've ever stayed at so a huge plus for me.

United StatesThe ADA accessible room I reserved was not available when I arrived. The General Manager was extremely accommodating in resolving the situation. i would have preferred not to have to change rooms during my stay, but everything worked out as it should.
The Cupboard was adequate for drinks and snacks. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The 50" flatscreen tv was super for watching the NCAA tournament.

Location great. Does not provide breakfast. Stayed there because I was having some work done at my house. Very friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Place was clean, up to date and ambiance was conducive to getting having a small meeting in the lobby or just getting some work done. Pantry was well stocked and free hot beverage all day long. Shout out to the manager, Ms. Bobbi and Ms. Barbara!!!. Definitely recommend. May just go there for a staycation.

Was overcharged for the stay, hotel lacked in daily cleanliness, the appliances in the room were difficult to operate without maintenance, there's no pool, no breakfast, and the marketplace was always dirty and lacked utensils, the internet was in and out, and the elevators were in and out of service, the dish washer did not function properly, so I had to wash them by hand. The front desk staff were poorly trained or lacked basic customer service skills.
