House keeping didn’t come, there was no tea or coffee whitener or sugar in the room. There were also a bunch of ladybugs randomly in the room and some dead on the floor. Overall it was good and a great price but when housekeeping didn’t come I started to question the cleanliness of the hotel

We really liked the space. It was super nice to have a full kitchenette and not worry about where to put our food!

There was a little issue upon check-in with something not showing up thru Booking.com, but it was resolved by the next morning. We checked in late Friday night and our room never got cleaned and we had to ask for towels and washcloths on Sunday. one of our sheets had dried blood on it, but no one in our group had been bleeding. Definitely not reasons to leave, just a little aggravating. Would stay again.

it was clean and modern and was in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Several restaurants were close by and there was plenty of parking.

Whoever designed the drainage for the front lower parking lot needs to go back to remedial engineering school. The entire upper parking lot drains into the lower lot / hotel entrance. It wasn't too bad when we stayed but I talked to a group of guys who said during heavy rains it's a real mess.

There was a little confusion regarding the room I had booked but the manager was very willing to work with us. The property only opened in December of 2021 so every thing is brand new.

Upon arrival they didn’t have my room ready. I was told by the lady at the front desk that they had to upgrade my stay because they’re wasn’t any clean rooms available. She included two housekeepers had called in sick. I told her I understood and she gave me the card for a suite on the 4th floor. My fiancé and I went to open the door to the room and it wouldn’t open due to the latch being locked from the inside of the room. I went back down to the 1st floor explaining that we could not get into the room and while I was talking to the lady who gave me the room there was a gentleman who overheard what she was telling me and he got really upset with her for giving me the suite. He lied to me telling me he was on his way up to unlock our door but when he did come up which was probably 15 minutes later he made us change rooms because he said she gave us a $200 room that we didn’t ask for. The inconvenience of this was awful and he was not a friendly person.

Being without power

Without power the very first night until around 7 or 8 p,m, the next day, I know it wasn't your fault but I would like to get my money back for the first night since we had to stay in the dark & coulkn't take a shower because no hot water.

The front desk employee when we checked in…not friendly at all, acted as though we were putting her out by checking us in. Very short with a couple questions I had. However, the 2 employees in the a.m.were absolutely amazing at checkout. Very friendly and had a great banter with my daughter & I. Night & Day difference from the lady the previous evening.

This hotel overbooked rooms and waited till checkin time to inform me of no room available that I had booked 5 months prior. Nor were they willing to assist me in finding alternate means. Very unconcerned, rude and inconsiderate about the position they had me in

they did not have the room we booked available and they wanted us to cancel our reservation. we decided to stay in the single queen room because they told us they would give us a discount and we had an event to get to.  Additionally, they told us they did not have any cops available so one of our friends had to sleep on the floor.  We were able to transfer rooms the next day and stay in a double queen room, which is what we booked.  we then checked out the next morning. They told us we were good so we left.  I was then called an hour or two later, and told that they were not able to check us out because the card from Booking.com was getting declined.  they asked for my confirmation number and password to Booking.com, which I declined to get them.  they made us jump through a lot of hoops, and we had to call Booking.com four times that day.  the hotel, ignored the Booking.com calls and told us that they were not receiving their emails.  booking.com finally told us that they would solve it and we need to stop calling the hotel. it felt like they were trying to scam us.  During this back-and-forth with booking and the hotel, the hotel is also refusing to give us a discount for the first night where we had to stay in a single queen room, and my friend had to sleep on the floor.  I would not recommend staying here. It was an awful experience.

They screwed up my reservation and I landed up at 2 Different places . Paying and bring charged 2 times the amount . I’ve lost a ton of money and now time . There were drugs all night in the hallways and kids running up and down the hall way . I’m going file a lawsuits for return of funds
