Their system were down. There was nobody at the reception for more than 15 minutes .When I asked how long would it take to solve the problem, the receptionist was very rude, talking down to people. It was 8pm an I was not able to check in.

The bathtub had rust and the door needed to be refitted. The carpet smelled and look dirty.

1. Elevator did not work 2. There was no ice machine and no coffee filters 3. The appearance of the room and bathroom was very old. The tub was redone and could tell it was redone over the years 4. The door of the bathroom stuck due to humidity and could never close 5. Always felt humid in the room, no matter what the temp, this could be due to the environment, but a dehumidizer would of been nice 6. Wasn't even offered a room on the 1st floor due to elevator issues, had to take a room on 3rd floor

WHEN CHECKIN IN LADY AT THE DESK WAS RUDE, GETTING OFF ELEVATOR ONTO 3RD FLOOR SMELLED REALLY BAD OF CIGARRETE SMOKE, TV IN ROOM DIDNT WORK, VERY DUSTY WIRES TO RADIO TUB HAD A LOT OF RUST, ELEVATOR DIDNT WORK REST OF DAYS HAD TO TAKE STAIRS THE REST OF EVENING AND NIGHT, ONCE GOT BACK FROM EVENT HAD TO GO UP THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS KEY TO ROOM WOULDNT OPEN DOOR HAD TO WALK BACK DOWN IN STAIRS TO GET A NEW KEY, HAD A HOMELESS PERSON DRINKING RIGHT INFRONT OF HOTEL ENTRANCE

WAS ABLE TO HAVE MY ROOM EARLIER THAN CHECK IN TIME, BED WAS COMFORTABLE

The hallways were very warm and muggy. Our room had an odor to it. It appeared tidy but I am not sure if it was cleaned. You could access the pool from inside the hotel, but you had to exit and re enter from the front of the hotel.

THERE WERE ROACHES CRAWLING IN THE KITCHEN AREA!! The room and freezer smelled of rotten fish. We couldn't open the refrigerator because the smell was SO TERRIBLE!!! No USB outlets.

The bed was comfortable. The soaps/bath products were nice.

Our room had mold in one of the corners and rust in the shower the room had an odor when we walked in I sprayed my perfume so it wouldn't smell. The pull out couch smelt like urine and didn't have sheets on it.

The 1st room we had to change because there were roaches everywhere. The 2nd room was hot and muggy. The bathroom sink was clogged and no phone in the room.

I rented a room with a sofa bed but no frame and we had to sleep on the floor. I did not expect that and the room key system was down and need someone to open the door as we came and yet.

My room wasn’t ready at 3, had to be at a wedding at 4:30! Not one roll of toilet paper! (found out after the fact) I ordered a handicapped room. I had no walk in shower, difficult getting in and out! would not stay again when visiting family in Corpus
