We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room #110, was unhealthy. The room was very musty and smelled of mold. There were signs of moisture issues on the ceiling and fixtures. My throat was raw by morning. The room was also located directly adjacent to the registration desk and the staff was persistently loud up to about 3:00am. They need to train the staff and get an environmental hygienist to evaluate the air quality. It's a shame as the room itself was a nice suite layout that would make a long term stay pleasant.

United States1) the heater/A/C didn’t work at all. We finally turned it off completely. It also squeaked loudly. The receptionist who checked us out on the 14th was unfriendly, almost to the point of being rude. The shower faucet adjustment was a mystery.
The first two receptionists were nice. The beds were comfortable. The exercise equipment was good.

United Statesmy room wasn't properly cleaned, I basically had to go get cleaning supplies and clean it, it was stains and food in the bathroom sink, the tub had hair inside, when I ran the water it was a slight brown color, but maybe from just turning on the water I let it run for a while and it cleared up, the microwave wasn't cleaned, it could have been better due to the hotel wasn't a 99 dollar a night hotel, the hotel was dated and I assume a remodel but overall the cleaning staff have to get better with the cleaning.
