HVAC unit did not work. Hotel staff didn't have a blanket. Candy wrappers discarded around and in the elevator.

There was always people loitering in the hallways and outside. The hallways always smelled like pot.

Roaches in the bedroom and someone was in our room. Had to get another.

The kitchen doors didn’t fit properly and there was only mismatched dishes, cups and glasses. The bathroom was outdated.

The kitchen was convenient. Calling them suites is a bit of an exaggeration. The staff was very nice and helpful. The snack area with a wide range of snacks and practical products was a good idea. We received complimentary homemade cookies and coffee which was very nice.

there was no pool or breakfast. it was not easy to get to too, entering and leaving we had to make u turns. first room the keys didn’t work.

Our room needed some major updates...like the carpet was nasty, the furniture was torn and nasty looking, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the dressers had damage.

No proper lighting and entrance hard to find.. No breakfast station.. On the first floor..windows exposed to the outdoors due to the lack of curtain closure...I had to put a heavy towel in between the window for privacy. Staff was great...served the purpose for the evening..but over priced for the quality..

Last min booking..was traveling all day wanted to rest... Booked this hotel, sits off a main road..very hard to find at night...need more lighting around the hotel for safety and security reasons...

Grounds/Property is not well kept. Needs to hire landscaper and remove the pile of trash outside of the dumpster.

The handle on my toilet to flash was broke no maintenance man had already left so I dealt with it they offered to move me to another room but I have plumbing experience I know how to take a lid off and manually flush a toilet.

Greeting by staff was poor. Stood waiting at desk until a person appeared. He did not introduce himself. Saw me standing there and never said I would be with you. Difficult to understand as he had a very heavy accent. Definitely not the service I have experienced at previous visits at the same hotel. Not pleased with the service. Hallway smelled dingy, not fresh Microwave in the room was broken. Did not heat. When checking out asked for a receipt and was told that I could not get one.

The lack of cleanliness. I found multiple strands of straight hair on my sheets upon arrival. My bed wasn’t made , the comforter was balled up in the corner outer edge of the bed . It also had a huge rip in it . I was too tired to make a complaint and didn’t feel like having to move rooms . I figured I would just not stay there again.

There was an unwashed bowl in the sink in our room and some stained linens. The free food items were not restocked during our stay which was disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and present. The free coffee station was well-stocked. Our king suite was large and comfortable.

No coffee maker in the room. Smoking room but no ashtrays. Staff did not wear masks yet asked customers too. No longer offer free papers. Just not worth the money.

When I entered the reception area the clerk was on the phone with Booking.com attempting to assist the customer ahead of me. Vanessa did acknowledge my presence and apologize for the 16 minute wait. She announce my room number aloud so that the four other customers in line could hear. I requested a non smoking room as I have allergies and the entire floor reeked of smoke including the room! There were cigarette burns on the toilet seat! Room was not worth charged amount. On the brighter side it was a twofer(my first and last stay at this hotel chain)!

Easy check out! The clerk appear to be eating and did not put done his food.
