I was overcharged by about 60 dollars over what my booking total was. Booking.com pricing is usually accurate so trying to get it sorted.

Pretty much everything else was very nice. Room was comfortable and had nice amenities.

ice maker never worked or remote to tv. i called front desk and no one seem to care and i also let them know again on check out that nothing was ever fixed. like the ice machine in the room since the hotel has no ice machine for guest. and the manager just got up and walked to another room like she wanted to not acknowledge it... terrible

Room was outdated and needs some attention. Many little signs of wear and tear that could be fixed easily but clearly are not a priority to the owner. No breakfast.

When I got to hotel that I booked at bookings.com he had a list at front desk said and stead al Priceline reservations where canceled by Priceline and we heave new room waiting elsewhere, hen I told them I used bookings he said same thing. Even though i showed him confirmation he would not give me my guaranteed room! This is after diving 200 miles and I had two rooms and we had otter friends who had two rooms. Refused to help or give reason. A convention was in town this was a major issue

The pool was closed The night before my stay, the whole purpose was a get away for my granddaughter. Needless to say it was to late to cancel and find another room. Our trip was ruined and we were left finding something else to do. And that cost extra money. Coffee cups in cupboard were dirty.

Hotel felt old and outdated. The floor leaked water from under the tiles. But most of all the clientele that were there while we were there, were loud anddisrespectful. The walls are to thin because you can hear the conversations of the people next door. I requested the room be cleaned after 2 days and they said that only happens every 7 days. I believe this is bad policy, I had to turn in towels to exchange for new ones.

I booked this hot for my family too stay at as they were visiting me from out of town. The low rate was excellent and they said they really enjoyed their stay. I was a little concerned because of the low ratings on Google, but am glad I booked here. They said the staff was super friendly and loved that the room had a kitchen inside! Thank you for an excellent stay!!!

The hotel was very dirty. Dogs would pee in the elevator and no one would clean. There were bugs in the kitchen too. Understand the hotel is being updated but it's very rundown.
