Staff seemed indifferent. Microwave didn’t work. Upon arrival room thermostat was set at 60 degrees. Could not adjust . Needed staff help ( the young girl was very helpful).

We arrived @ the hotel and ready for checkin and suddenly the frontdesk told us the room that we booked is occupied. there is no room available for us. was very upset and disappointed.so they transfer us to other hotel which not the same facilities we've looking for. very very disappointing. hope it will not happen again.

Check in time was at 3. Got there no rooms were ready. I had booked 2 room's. About 30 mins later one eeom was available. They told me the other would be ready in 30 more mins. Took the family to the beach came back at 7 p.m. and the room had not been cleaned or ready. Very disappointed and would never stay or tell any one to stay there. I have a big social media platform and will tell everyone about my experience there.

I generally do not like being on middie floors of hotels due to nosie level. We could literally hear every single thing. Super loud dogs across the hall after midnight. People above is dropping every loud item at 4/5am and also having seggs pretty loud above us too. I also hate to mention this but the itself was extremely uncomfortable. We also found old blood stains on the blanket.

The location was pretty close to the beach and other things. Easy access to the hotel. Plenty of shipping near by.

Slippery floors. Also, it's not the hotels fault, but I've never stayed at a hotel with louder guests. They slammed doors all thru the night and made a lot of other noise (and it wasn't sex).

The room was decently clean, but whatever they cleaned the hardsurface floors with was slippery and left enough residue that you could see where you stepped.

I did not like this place and the location is not great. Not a good place for R&R or vacation. There is a mechanic shop next door and I could hear air wrenches. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The halls smelled like diesel fuel which they referred to as “perfume”. Management isn’t good either. I asked for a refund, and they would not honor my request. They feel that keeping $150 is more important than a bad review. I don’t recommend this place.

The smoke detector was removed from the room it smelt of smoke so bad and weed and the hotel staff couldn't care less. Didn't feel safe at all and left the hotel.

I was in town for 2 weeks for training for a new job position. I was working with Booking.com since my 2nd day of check in the release my 13th day at the hotel and leave on day 12. After 5 emails from booking Neil never bothered to reply to any of them. I had to call and ask staff when he was in to get Booking staff to talk to him. After almost 2 weeks later I just decided to go to my bank and dispute it with them. Manger just needs to do his job

Front desk needs to be more courtesy and attentive to needs. Not very knowledgeable of surrounding areS, ie what restaurants to recommend. We had roaches in our room and after reporting it never offered a new room. When we checked out they put the room out of service. AC was not working properly. Couldn’t give me a receipt because we had booked through booking.com. Charged us for incidentals even though it was already paid in advance.
