Even though the sheets were clean, there was a coffee stain on it. Also, our room was missing the hair dryer.

Staff is rude and even violent. Ten minutes before the check-out time they started knocking on the door like crazy. They refused to listen. Upon check-in, I had to wait ten minutes until someone showed up.

Nothing. Everything was horrible, from bedrooms to location. However, the worst part is the staff.

No breakfast since COVID I get it but the food store was too expensive. Other than that it was exceptional.

Very clean room. AC worked with zero issues. TV was big and the remote control worked which is not common for most hotels. Bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels. Hotel provided soap was actually decent which was a shock. No crappy bar soap, they had actual liquid body wash, pleasant surprise. Hotel personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming. We just moved here from TX and this was our first night in Michigan. It was a warm welcome.

we booked thru booking a king room and they said they couldn’t give us one they were out but with booking they don’t have to guarantee a king. we ended up with a double and the beds were so much smaller than we realized.

The room just didn't feel clean. It didn't appear that the floors had been cleaned and the fabric shower curtain was way past it's prime. I'm surprised that inexpensive, disposable shower liners aren't available.

The room I booked thought Booking .com was not available when we were checking into hotel. It was 2 hours before we were actually in a room. Front desk person couldn't change our reservation on hotel computer. Made 3 calls to booking.com. Booking was suppose to email hotel with room change but hotel never received it. So only way front desk person could give us a room was to completely cancel our reservation with Booking. Com. Then give us a room through hotel site. Horrible, ridiculous ordeal when customers are tired from traveling. Praying that Booking.com is going to refund our money because this was not my fault

Nothing negative to say at all!

This hotel was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and close to our event. Upon booking, I booked for the wrong dates of our stay, and it wasn’t until we arrived and had no room that we realized the wrong days were booked. Samantha, the general manager, was quick to think on her feet and was more than accommodating. She was able to get us all one large room to share, with enough space for all of us, and gave us a discounted rate, despite the mistake being my own. I am so grateful for her helping us out and I genuinely appreciate the favor she did for us. I would book with this hotel time and time again. Thank you again, Samantha!!!

It was some weird looking people outside the building and I didn’t feel safe with my car being parted on the side instead of where I could see it. Also when I tried to shower the water wasn’t draining like it needed to Room #120

The top of the refrigerator needed to be wiped down. No readily available cleaning supplies in case of pet accidents. Can be easily resolved though.

I didn't like the fact that I ordered a room with a single king size bed and I got a room with a double bed and I wasn't accommodated did not sleep well very uncomfortable all night I felt like my money was a waste

There were No towels and wash rags for the next day. There was three of us and only two sets of each and the next day there wasn’t any at all! I have never seen a Hotel that had such old wash, rags and towels. They were yellowish and had stains.  And didn’t have enough to change out the next day, even if you gave them your towels and wash rags back!  That’s ridiculous ! They were out of liquid cream for your coffee and the coffee machine was bad enough! No fresh coffee. 

The staff was Great!
