making the tissues decorative was unnecessary and wasteful. The outside of the building and elevators could use some updating.

Parking is open next to a major highway.  A bit sketchy with homeless people walking around. They should put a fence around to put privacy. The carpet hallway is dirty. It will need a thorough cleaning to revive it. Some of the fixtures have wear & tear ; example edges of bathroom cabinet is peeling off. The floor grout  has broken pieces in it. The hotel needs a bit of maintenance to keep it looking new and clean. The hallway is dirty and dark. We can tell that they are short staffed so I'm still giving them a high score because we really love this hotel.

Location is good for hopping in & out of downtown Oklahoma City. Easy access automatic doors. The room has the best lay out we've  ever stayed on.   My favorite so far especially for business folks.  Huge office desk and chair, very comfortable.  The kitchen has everything you will need for a longer stay; kitchenware,cookware,dinnerware, dishwasher,cutlery,sink with waste disposal,stove top,huge refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The furnitures and fixtures are modern and sleek. Love color combo of the interiors. High ceiling and big window. Ambient lighting. Wifi is strong..  Cable TV works. They even have a recliner chair. Hubby loves it! Beds are comfortable and high off the ground. Clean and fluffy pillows and soft linens. It was hard to leave the bed so comfy! Flooring is half carpet,half wood( kitchen & bathroom,).  Huge closet and has drawer space for clothing. Bathroom and countertop are spacious. Toiletries have refillable dispensers.  Strong water pressure.  Everything works. Very thoughtful layout including thr little clothing hooks and mirror placement.

Lady who checked us out was unwilling to give us a receipt since we booked through a 3rd party app. I've been at this location before and was given a receipt so she was just unwilling to do this. We stayed for 9 nights so you would think they would be more friendly.

Location was not easily accessible to Bricktown. We did not have car; so long walks would have been required. However, staff did shuttle us to breakfast one morning and to the airport as we checked out.

Nice layout. Liked full kitchen, fridge, etc. Comfortable room to hang out in during thunderstorms. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mandy.

Eric at the desk was so welcoming, helpful and courteous. It was super clean, maintained and organized. Our room/kitchen suite was beautiful with comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room was well thought out with everything one would need for any length of stay; made us wish we were staying longer than one night.

I was charged $25 for incidentals. I was told they would refund the $25 if I didn't have any. This is the 1st time this has happened to me. Usually they put a hold on my card for incidentals and then release it if I don't use it.i don't like having to check on a refund like this.

For someone with a car, the location is excellent. Without a car, it is either a 15-minute walk to Bricktown and its attractions on an empty road along the highway (I never felt unsafe while walking), or asking the hotel for a free shuttle. which would bring you to Bricktown and back to the hotel in less than 5 minutes. Personally, sometimes I felt uneasy asking for it because I don't like to bother people, so a few times I just walked that 15 minutes. Again, with a car, the location is fine. Without a car, asking for a shuttle is also fine. Or just do an exercise and walk for 15 minutes, like me.

A very good hotel. The room was large, quiet, and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. The price per night was better than in other hotels in the area. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel for 4 nights.
