I was surprised to find stairs at the entrance with no ramp. Quite the killer if you're dealing with heavy luggage. There is a wheelchair lift that you can use, but it's pretty cramped.

Breakfast at Umbra was delicious. The portion sizes were quite generous. I also liked that there were stations where you could refill water bottles on each floor.

We love the location. The restaurant is amazing as well! Ask for KayKay or Ali G at the Umbra bar rail! We also forgot an expensive item and to our surprise they still had it and gave us several options on pickup or shipped directly to us! Always will come back here!

Even though I was on the top floor, I could hear patrons of the bar loudly cackling with drunken laughter. It was incessant and annoying because I had to catch an early flight. They do shut the bar down and turn out the lights at 11PM, and the noise stops.

The room was fantastic. I had never been in a hotel room where the ceiling was that high. The room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Umbra Restaurant was superb.

The lobby music starts at 7 am and I can hear it all the way in my room and the band show music on the weekends goes on forever and it is difficult to sleep

I liked the location , the building itself is beautiful , the food , the service Most of all I liked having a glass bottle to fill up in the nearby water dispenser instead of plastic bottles

Woven leather chairs in guest rooms are terrible. Extremely uncomfortable to sit on.

Service at the bar was very poor. I went two separate times to get a drink and was never addressed. At my second attempt, I was the only one standing at the bar and several employees were nearby. No one acknowledged me.

Price was elevated due to the concert…but that’s understandable.

Was in town for a concert and the location was amazing. 5 minute walk to US Bank stadium. Every employee I talked to was extremely friendly and went out above and beyond.

I do wish there was a pool, but I also understand that it’s probably difficult to put one in a building that old.

Very nice and cozy hotel inside. The architecture and decor are top notch. Comfortable, beautiful and very cozy room, quiet, with a large safe and good Wi-Fi. The shower door closes and makes it impossible to wet the bathroom floor. The shelf where the coffee and tea kit is, and the minibar, is very beautiful, with a complete kit, with good options. At the reception, a bar with high quality music, at a volume and time suitable for a hotel. Basic gym OK. Attentive and efficient staff. Excellent lodging option in Minneapolis. If I could give a score greater than 10, I would.
