When we arrived the Valet refused to park our car and said we weren't entitled to Valet Parking. It took 1 Hour or driving around the carpark to get park to be told by reception that we were entitled. I was furious. But was no longer an issue once Reception got envolved.

The AC is SO NOISY... Had to shut it off to sleep. It goes on and off every few minutes and sounds like a key engine. Otherwise room is on the small'ish but very nice view

Restaurant has some issues. Breakfast was coffee only on one day, and another day the chef was called into a meeting and we were told there would be a delay - but no idea how long the delay would be

The only, and very minor, inconveniences were: 1) having to take two elevators whenever we wanted to go outside - one to the reception area and another one floor down to the street entrance (there are steps for that one floor down as well, but we had a stroller, so that was not an option) and 2) our bathroom did not have a door - there is a room separator between the space where the bed and tv are, and the entrance area + bathroom, but no lockable door for the bathroom.

The location was fantastic - we could walk to the Tidal Basin to see the Cherry Blossoms, as well as to the Capitol. The property was new, modern and very clean. One of our favorite features were the floor to ceiling windows with a partial view of the river.

The main aspect of the stay I disliked was the refrigerator. It didn’t keep anything cold snd even after we got a bag of ice from the front desk/housekeeping, the ice just melted and our items were wet. There should be a little more instruction on how to properly use this type of refrigerator.

The rooms were beautiful but small. We were directly next to a room with a baby who cried the entire weekend. From this we discovered that the walls were extra thin and this did impact our ability to relax at some points. The room overall was very nice and we had great rest otherwise. It would have been nice to experience a suite but they were sold out at the time of purchase. I’m interested in whether sound would still be an issue in a bigger room.

The location is amazing and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were accommodating and left us a bottle of champagne and nice note as it was our anniversary.

my partner and I stayed here to see a show at the anthem. the hotel was beautiful and perfectly situated for the concert. the staff were all so friendly and accommodating from an early check in to holding our bags so we could explore after checking out before departure. the fitness center was so clean and had everything I could want for a workout and the cocktail bar on the rooftop was a huge plus too! would definitely stay here again.

Very cute and stylish. Nice modern facility. Nice view of the water. Excellent location at the DC Wharf for all the shops, restaurants, concert venues. Loved the outdoor seating with fire pits at the rooftop bar.

On a Saturday afternoon, being told at the Roof top bar that there's a full menu at the restaurant downstairs, and to go there for a full meal, when I asked. Then getting there, being told to wait a moment for a Hostess, and a table, then after waiting 10 minutes (?), being told that they were closed until 5p!! It's nothing critical, but it should have been handled better. People should have known if the restaurant was open or not without me having to stand there like that......
