Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing I didn't like was the pool. It's too small for too many people. They were two barbecue pits but only one picknick table. We shared it with 2 other families.
It's a great place, very clean and friendly staff. It's a friendly family environment. There may be some fluas, but it's still a great place to stay on vacation. Thanks 😊

The beach was within walking distance. Breakfast was available. So close to the town, You could walk if you wanted to.

The room was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was delicious, very clean and inviting. Area quiet and felt safe. The lady at the front desk was kind and checkin and out was a breeze!
