Room definately really small for what we paid. Though it was nicely decorated and clean! Pd for front parking, very tight. Could not park Mid-size SUV easily due to cars parked on street and other SUV very close next to us. In order to get into spot, turned around and drove 30 feet, on one way street, the wrong way, and got yelled at from the person running bar across the street! I checked and there were no cars or people coming before I did it. Had no choice did not want to dent the rental, or other parked cars! While we were eating breakfast, cleaning woman working right off the dining area, was constantly complaining about how bad her day was/ and going to be! Was running a bit late back to hotel for 11:00 check out (20 minutes). we had taken a wrong turn while walking back, and my husband had health issues I had to consider. I appologized, but the Woman who checked us out, was quite snippy with me, and both her and the cleaning woman made it known they were definately not happy!

Carribean House was very cute! 2nd Floor, St. Vincent's Room 9, was nicely decorated and clean. Location of was very nice. Just what we had hoped for. Little breakfast area and set up was really nicely done, very cute set up (quick bites). Enjoyed the Mimosas! Woman who checked us in was very pleasant.

It was obvious the room was very clean. But the cleaning solution did leave behind a strong odor. Room was smaller than anticipated.

The free breakfast station was a great added touch. Quaint building! Good location!

I am not picky but the room was waaaayyyy smaller than expected without enough room to stand a small suitcase without impeding room or bathroom doors and had to walk sideways around the bed. But being our first experience in KW, this seems to be the norm based on the buildings in the area. Just was surprised at the size. (smallest and most expensive room I have ever had in all my travels). The decor and such was optimized to enhance it as best as possible.

Location was great, walking distance from many major attractions. Option to reserve on-site parking turned out to be a priceless decision.

Didn't know what to expect however given other places to stay it was safe, clean and a place to sleep. This is not a place that I would stay for longer than a couple days due to size of room.and 2 people. If yiu are going for sights and to use for sleeping then no problems. Maybe my expectations are too high, it is probably the Keys and it's environment. I have no reason not to stay their again.

The rooms are very tiny and by putting a shorter dresser in the room you'd have another place to put a suitcase instead of on the floor.

No parking. Extremely small room. No staff. Had to park a half-mile away and use an uber to get my bags to my room. No food, no general area. I think the bed is about to break.

The beds were U shaped. It was extremely uncomfortable and my only real complaint about my visit.

The cleaning service was fast and effective. The breakfast spread was also good! The staff were amazing!
