The unit where my daughter stayed had tiny ants that devoured a pastry. None noticed in our unit.

It was within walking distance to the center of town for breakfast options. Or you could walk/drive and bring something back as the units had minimal kitchen wares. And most of our family were walkers.

It is in desperate need of a face-lift as everything was really old. The room stank terribly when we arrived because of the mineral jacuzzi (sulfuric smell) so we spent the whole stay airing it out but there weren't screens on all windows so that was a challenge. The shower was terrible.

This was an interesting place. The mineral jacuzzi in-room was a unique amenity. Close to town - about 10 minute walk to Cal Mart. On site parking was clutch. Staff were friendly.

We LOVED the pool and hot tub! Both were nice and warm, and using them in the first week of April was completely comfortable. The property was old, but nicely maintained. There were no musty smells that you often get with older properties! We loved the little kitchen and living room option, and it was what sold us. The homemade kitchen soap was lovely!

The sulfur smell from the tub water smells like rotten eggs. Although Gina offered a small bottle of oil to defer the smell, we needed many candles & more oils to take away the smell. There was no stirrer for coffee. Bring your own water, they do not provide for the small coffee pot. Another suggestion, to have flavored creamers.

The jacuzzi tub was huge in Room #1, it was clean, and Gina was so nice at the office. The location was perfect, close to downtown. They have a microwave, frig, & a small coffee pot. The bed was comfortable, and lots of windows for natural sunlight.

Interior a bit worn. Maybe time for a refresh. No plug points near beds for phone charging. Kitchen could do with a few more items - glasses would be a start.

Location. Pool area. Size of cottage. Outside areas in general. We absolutely adored Calistoga.

The location, while convenient and unusually quiet, was a few blocks from the center of the Calistoga business/rourist district. Not saying that's a bad thing though.

I really liked the overall ambience- kind of traditional non-chain lodging. Put another way, it had a classic vibe like 50 years ago, but was completely up to date in terms of strong wi-fi, etc. Very quiet, which I appreciate. It was great! The pool was really amazing, the warmest I have encountered since I don't know when, which I happen to like. Highly recommend.

I was not able to get Wi-Fi working on my laptop for some reason. I called but was unable to get any answers. I was just told that it works. I ended up using my phone as a hotspot.

There could have been more TV channels......but this wasn't that important as we didn't come to watch TV.

We loved our accommodations. The room was large enough for the 3 of us. Loved having a kitchen. The shower water was super hot and we enjoyed our time both in the hot tub and pool.

tub was dirty. informed front desk, they came with supplies and spent time cleaning. after they left we looked and unfortunately it was still dirty. we got in the tub ourselves with towels to clean it before we used it as it was not thoroughly cleaned. the blinds in the room were broken in several places, and the topper fell off while we tried lowering the blinds. some of the bedding had marks/stains, and the pillows seemed dated because they did not have much density or body. the floor could use a rug on either side of the bed or a large rug under the bed itself so guests don’t have to step on cold hardwood floor first thing in the morning. as a jacuzzi room, robes would have been nice to have but are not an offering.

mineral hot springs for jacuzzi outdoors, pool, and jacuzzi in room. no one made too much noise, and the property seemed booked. bed was comfortable.

Smoke alarm going off because of steam from water.

Hot tub with mineral water inside of room. For the area you cannot beat. Since some of the more expensive hotels don’t have in room soaking tubs with mineral water. Note water has very strong odor. But they provide essential oils. Not their fault.
