We've stayed in other hotel but this hotel exceed our expectation. Bathroom is clean and bed is neatly made. The whole room is clean. Staff are really nice and helpful. And we really like the breakfast they served us. We definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Evening clerk did not know where Charlie's Bar and Grill was. It was 50 feet down the hallway from the lobby in the hotel. He did not know who's Tesla was parked at the only Tesla charger on the property. It was never moved all evening. Even after the charger showed that it was fully charged. I inquired about it in the morning and the morning clerk said it was the owner/manager's. As a former hotel manager (Best Western Inn at Jackson Hole, Teton Village, Wyoming for 12 years) this would be unacceptable. The guest always comes first.

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Loads of parking available. Great atmosphere and value for money. Breakfast was the best we'd haf, after 7 nights in similarly priced motels. Only stayed one night on the way to Death Valley but would've happily stayed longer.

Very run down. It seems they are just trying to keep this property rentable. Lots of deferred maintenance. Breakfast was not very good as many items not available.

I don't have much to complain about. There was at least one day that people were in the pool who I later overhead saying they were not supposed to be there.

Good parking and easy access to my work. The wifi was excellent and I was able to accomplish everything I needed.

The rooms are becoming a little shabby. Not much has been done to the facilities/rooms since change of ownership. Air conditioners worked well but were VERY noisy. The mini fridge froze everything that was put in it…even the water bottles.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The outlets on the desk area were convenient and available for use (not behind something immovable or already fully engaged by a lamp or other appliance.

Rooms here are a bit dark with no overhead lighting; however, I've made this comment previously and it hasn't kept me from coming back while doing business in Ridgecrest.

Staff is helpful and pleasant. Breakfast service is a nice touch. Lots of amenities nearby that are easily accessible, including at a walking distance from the motel. WiFi and desk set-up are functional for non-meeting, non-field work component of my visits.

Not really fair to penalise the hotel for this when it comes to a rating, but I think it's worth knowing how thin the walls are and how little sound insulation there is between the rooms. We had particularly loud and obnoxious neighbours who set alarms for 4am - ignored them going off for over 90 minutes. I have never complained to reception for anything like this - and being told we could be moved at 4.30am wasn't really the solution I was looking for as we weren't the ones causing the problem. This obviously won't happen to everybody, but if you're going to switch rooms for a noise complaint I would suggest doing so before you fall asleep!

The hotel was easy to find and we had no problem parking in their ample carpark. Staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was clean, warm and very comfortable. Facilities were easy to use and once we logged into the entertainment system we were spoiled for choice with TV, movies, etc.... Having just driving 4+ hours through the wilderness it was great to stop somewhere so civilised. Breakfast was nice, and a bonus to have it included in the overall price.
