The spa only worked one day of our stay

Loved having multi bathrooms since we are a large family and having a pool and private water park!!

Windows were dirty, washer, dryer and bbq were not properly functioning.

We had some issues with the front door lock and the pool temperature, but both eventually were handled.

The house was spacious, the backyard was private and the pool and hot tub were fantastic for young kids. There was even a bonus playroom with air hockey!

You have to pay to heat the jacuzzi when it’s naturally suppose to be heated… the jet bubbles didn’t work. Air went out twice… but they did do their best of fixing all issue in a timely manner. The waterpark could stay open longer than 5pm.

Very spacious and clean Maintenance very professional and quick Waterpark is definitely a bonus.

The alarm on the pool door is extremy annoying. I understand it is by law and to protect kids but I was just alone with my girlfriend in the house and no kids, so not sure who it was protecting. Not the host's fault but extremely annoying. The extra $200 deposit paid via Paypal was a bit weird also. And finally paying nearly $500 a day including all fees it seems a bit excessive to charge an extra $50/day for pool heating, although it is optional. I didn't pay since the pool is warm enough without heating but this is needed even for the hottub.

Large spacious house, everything new, well equipped, quiet. Nice pool and bbq. Host was nice and let me do a late checkout for free. It feels a bit far from most things but I guess it's judt how Orlando is, everything spread out. It is close to Disney though so a great option if yoh want to go there. The negatives are small details, overall it is a very nice property.

I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay to heat up the jacuzzi its supposed to be warm already.

Finns restaurant was good. House was nice and spacious. Would like to see the pool open longer than 6pm and some more arcade type games for kids at pool Area.

We just didn’t like the closing time of the waterpark. I think 6 pm is way to early for people that are vacationing and have kids

We paid for the heating in the pool never worked nor the lights. The people came to clean but said they would come back once we left to go out but never returned any of the days we were there.

I liked the location and the pictures matched exactly what we were getting the place was nice. Would be 10 if everything went correctly

When first went upstairs the hallway was soaking wet we had to call maintenance before we even unpacked. The air conditioner was leaking they put large fans in the hallway to dry which was loud and uncomfortable. One of the queen size bed frame was broken had to call again.

It was in a good location and it look just like the picture it had a private pool and it was clean and spacious.

Outside furniture was really dirty and mouldy, BBQ didn't work after we spent 40 dollars on a gas bottle, toaster only cooked one side and for 8 people a 2 slot toaster partially working wasn't good. Pool and hot tub were cold and when asked about heating we were told 400 dollars for 4 days. Luckily moved to a great villa down in Naples, free heating of hot tub and pool and villa immaculate!

The club house had a good selection of food and the water park was great.

We had no issues with the property.

The location is near all the Disney Parks. The water park at the resort looked wonderful. We simply didn’t have time to go there. Community very quite. Owners communicated and answered questions very quickly. Checkin was easy and quick.

There was nothing we didn't like. Only thing we would recommend would be have jacuzzi working and hot. Paying extra or having to wait hours to get hot was disappointing.

Was exactly what we needed. Very relaxing and house was beautiful. More room than we even needed, and pool was great. Will stay again for sure.

Unfortunately our spa/jacuzzi did not work and one of our toilets did not drain.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Extremely spacious, great amenities, safe location near everything. Our family enjoyed our week at this home and hated to leave. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this community. Truly a beautiful home and the owner is kind and helpful 😊
