Well, there were a lot of young ppl partying and taking up the whole pool most of the day.

Only complaints were our room's shower was impossible to stabilize a temperature. It would go back & forth from hot to cold depending on who else in the building was using water. Also, some of our towels were stained/dirty.

Great beachfront view with quick access to the pool & beach. Friendly staff. A/C worked great! Lol Met my expectations for a lower cost/beachfront stay. Only a few minutes drive from restaurants & attractions. Parking was always available & safe. Pool area was clean. Compared to other places in the area, this was a really good bargain & all of the rooms have a true oceanfront balcony view.

Just location, and not having a lot of shops or restaurants around.

Beach front was great! Not a lot of restaurants or shopping around. Some staff were very friendly, but desk people were just ok definitely not overly friendly. Room was clean.

No elevator

Pretty room, great view of ocean and nice pool. No elevator was a little tough.

Either the internet or tv satellite service was terrible. TV kept losing connectivity, had to call twice over 3 days to get it fixed.

The a/c was extremely loud. Because of the humidity, they also had a dehumidifier in the room that we had to empty 3 times a day. Been coming to the beach for 40 years, never seen that. The water in the shower would fluctuate from normal to cold to scalding hot constantly. The water at the kitchen sink never got hot. Traffic in front of the hotel is abysmal. Out of the hotel's control, but still, you should be aware of it.

Great location. Literally could not be any closer to the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, both piers, etc.

This property’s main “positive” turned out to be a factor in a negative. Everyone of course loves the beach, so vehicular traffic was very heavy. Timing of our arrival was at rush hour and there was a week long concert happening.

location! beachfront balcony view especially of the sunset. the requirement for a parking permit hanging from the rearview mirror is great to ensure parking is reserved only for guests.

One of the beds had an old lumpy mattress but the other was fine.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were very early in order to enjoy the beach they allowed us to check in as soon as a room was available and to pick what floor we wanted. Nice room with balcony and beautiful view. Liked the fact they have onsite security.

Some people in neighboring rooms used their balcony to smoke the smelly stuff.

Loved how accessible the pool and beach was to our rooms, a very short walk. Easy parking. Cute, clean rooms. Loved the view from the balcony.

There was smoking by the pool. There was also a frequent smell of weed. I would suggest a room that is not over the pool because when you sit on your deck, the pool noise is not relaxing. The down lighting off the top of the building makes it a little hard to see the beach at night. The bed was too firm for my comfort. Pay attention to the fact that there are no elevators and be prepared.

The location was great because Casa Loma is between small beach cottages which meant the beach wasn't overly crowded. There were no boom boxes blaring. The view of the gulf is wonderful if on the upper floors. I liked the security around the property and the friendly staff. The room seemed well insulated from other rooms. I was glad the room had some renovations to make it more aesthetically pleasing and I saw no bugs! I loved having a pool to enjoy as well as the beach.

The room was clean and comfortable. The views were simply gorgeous. This is our second time to stay here. We will be back.

Better mattress on bed, in the past we had to use air mattress on top of the beds, they were better then previous years still, holiday express quality they are NOT

Pre-Memorial Day week, Quiet and laid back, traffic was light, not crowded. staff respected our do not disturb sign. front desk very helpful with minor parking issue, and had coffee packages available when needed

Rooms need an update bathroom shower head an knobs tv needs be bigger back door to balcony needs replacement an inside rooms could use an new paint job also shower an toilet needs replacement.
