I wish the windows would open to get the sound and breeze from the beach. Had trouble with our TV, could only get 1 channel Nickelodeon. Bartender was unattentive and didnt offer any options, spent time waiting on regulars.

Location was perfect, right on the beach. Breakfast was fresh, hot, nice surprise. Room was spacious more than expected.

Could not change the input to use my Roku on tv, a/c was loud, lamps were a little dusty.

They forgot the reservation was for 3 people, there was no pull out couch in the sitting room & I had to ask for a cot.

There where a couple of problems with the room but the desk clerk was amazing and was very helpful.

I was traveling with my two sons. It's my fault but I wish I had checked better before hand and seen that the hotel does not have a pool.

Location is perfect. The restaurant on the roof top has the BEST crab cakes and great entertainment. The walk to the beach is convenient.

There is no shower or hose to clean the sand from your feet so we walked next door to the city shower.

This hotel is old and it is historic. We stayed in a king oceanfront suite on the first floor. You could barely see the ocean because of the dunes. The breakfast provided is good. The location is primo!

Parking is an issue. There is a lot of street noise if you’re close to 3rd Street.

Appointed nicely and comfortable 2 room with 2 sinks was great for 3 ladies! Convenient on the ocean and near Mayo Clinic.

Pillows suck. Sand on sheets when we got there. No hangers at all for clothes. No phone. No clock. Needs more outlets. Paper thin walls/windows could here everyone outside having a party (we were on the 2nd floor) **most of all - NO PARKING** + nothing in walking distance except for the beach.

Old building: old plumbing. The water pressure is not up to what a lot of people are used to, but I personally was able to make do just fine. The bathroom needed a table or counterspace, there was just a pedestal sink. I didn't particularly mind it, but there is an onsite rooftop bar that is quite loud & the doors of the rooms allow noise in. That said, I had a white noise machine & with that on it was easy to ignore.

The location is outstanding. The staff was friendly and was willing to help with needed items. The building is historic, so it's got character. Plenty of dresser space and the furniture was comfortable. The view of the beach from our rooms was top of the line.

We always have a great stay at Casa Marina! The staff is consistently courteous and attentive to anything we may need. We love the historical feel of the building and the location couldn't be better. When, on the very rare occasion, there is an issue, they are quick to help rectify the situation. Everytime we come to Jacksonville Beach we stay with this fine establishment.
