It did not like that there were not enough towels. Our towels didn't dry overnight so we always had wet towels. Is it possible to get new fresh towels?

Some areas could used better cleaning touch up. Our unit could definitely used better maintenance. Wednesday around 12 pm mr González ‘i believe’ was a gentleman at front desk that was extremely rude and unhelpful, could used some better customer service techniques.

location was amazing there were many staff members with professional and great customer service experience. Some of the common areas such laundry and all lower lobby were super clean. Our unit was super clean as well.

The only thing I would say you guys need to improve on for sure, would be Check-In. Due to you guys not having enough staff, it nearly took an hour just to get everything settled.

I loved how there was easy access to the apartment. The fact that the apartment was right by the beach made everything truly relaxing. To top it off the Tiki Bar was amazing, as well as the gift shops nearby.

Extra cost for extra towels, the hot tub was out of commission and the pool is supposed to be heated? Beds were ok….little stiff after two nights…

staff was rude and not helpful. when we checked in we had no instructions how to get to our room. Elevators got cleaned while we were waiting with three small kids and had to wait long periods of time for an elevator each time the elevator came to LL to pick us up the cleaner took it and cleaned it when finished the elevator went to the next floor waiting this happened 4x with 10+ minute wait. the staff at the restaurant by the pool was rude on all encounters for 4 days. Valet also takes forever most times of the day we had to wait 30 minutes for our car. we had a 2 bedroom apartment but the 2nd was connected the living room area with no ceiling. everything echoed and was loud if anyone made a noise in kitchen or living room you heard it and everyone got woken up.

jacuzzi was closed. elevators were HORRIBLE. It would have been 5 stars for sure! however, due to the elevators, I don’t think we would come back.

The pool is closed had read in comments so I planned ahead for this. The walkways to the room smell horrible and have blood like stains. But this is not the hosts fault.

I got a small room overlooking the street, it was advertised as an apartment it was. Not The amount of beds were not as advertised I paid three times the rate of the townhouse on the beach for a regular room!!!!!! There were no reception staff. To ask a question just security to handle check in . No contact phone number. This was a horrible experience. I definitely would not recommend booking. com or use this service again, I am a pensioner having chemotherapy and needed a breather in between cycles This was pure advantage and robbery If I pay top dollar I expect top service.

it had a great view,the beds were sooo comfortable,the staff were very friendly and quick to help in anyway we needed,the valley parking guys were awesome and quick to get us the car . overall a great place to go our host Gabriel was very polite and quick to help us in anything we need it as we’ll definitely be back soo .

Valet was a little cluttered but the valet guys made sure that both of my vehicles were ready and accessible at all times.

The host Gabriel, was definitely someone that everyone should have as a host. Gabriel made sure he kept me updated with my travel arrangements and a walkthrough video of how to access the property. The room was amazing with a perfect view of the beach from the balcony. The room sheets pillows, I mean everything was clean and in place. I would definitely, I mean I will book again with the host and would book at any other property the host has because he was bone stand truthful with all of the accommodations. Thank you so much Gabriel.

There is only washer, no dryer, owner said it is a all in one washer, however, couldn't get the drying function working at all. Biggest problem is both bathroom were leaking water from the bottom of the sliding door when showering, which cause the water flooded everywhere in the bathroom makes the floor very slippery. The mattress in the Bedroom was sinking in the middle which is very uncomfortable.

We really liked the hotel with its beautiful hall, interior, conveniently located swimming pool and ocean access. Spacious elevators do not wait long, and you do not need any keys to the apartment, just enter your PIN and the door is open. liked two beds for our family just right and a lot of dressers for clothes and wardrobes. also large windows and a beautiful view from the window. enough detergents and dishes to cook dinner if you stayed at the hotel for a long time. liked the staff, sociable guards. liked the bathhouse. Russian and Turkish and also the staff in the bath.
