The elevator was very slow

The lobby is very cute and newly updated. The room very very spacious and had everything we could need for our stay. There could be some dish soap. But the very best part was the view , it was just breathtaking and the park next door was beautiful and the was no other building to restrict the view!!! Almost unheard of in Honolulu. It can’t get any closer to beach!!! You’re on it. Then all the designer stores just a block away. It’s just like Beverly Hills. Excellent food so close by in the most fashionable section. Stay here!!!! We’ll be back soon

The weather as we were there for a huge storm, but every other day was perfect.

The location was great and the view from PH8 was spectacular. We enjoyed the beach and the helpful Chair rental people. The unit was well equipped but we would have liked some storage (plastic) boxes in the kitchen and a second set of towels. A grab bar in the shower would be a good safety addition.

Staff at front desk not as friendly as other hotels I visited in Hawaii; lack of info in front desk re tours etc; TV remote in our room difficult to navigate

The TV in the 2nd bedroom did not work. We found roaches in the kitchen on the 3rd day.

Great location and the size of the property was great for a family of 5. I appreciated that there was security on the property.

The room was clean but very dated. I have stayed in this facility before and the room was fantastic, not this time. Beds just okay, pillows need replacing, gas hobb did not work, even though a non smoking facility, you could smell smoke or weed when on the lanai. Furniture totally outdated as was the fan.

The location is fantastic! Close to the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants etc. Fantastic sunsets and you are in the perfect location for fireworks on Friday night.

no pool, no tour advice, no transportation advice, no friendly advice of where to go what to see. The Outrigger was next door and I recieved all my information from there.

Beds need upgrading- not comfortable . Unit blinds did not go completely to floor so was very light at night. However, were aware it was an older building , location and views more than made up for negatives

Unfortunately the folding couch/bed was old and supports could be felt through the mattress. Solved the problem by putting the mattress on the floor.

Loved the location. So grateful for the kind upgrade to an ocean view room at check-in. Couldn't get closer to the beach or shopping.

There was a very bad odour in the apartment particularly bad after being shut up. Only when windows open was it better! The apartment is very tired . The water pressure and hot water were not too good either. We had a double bed with king size sheets and pillow cases that were also too large for the pillows . The lass at the front desk on arrival could have been more friendly.

Someone in the next room or above us smoked weed a lot and it would drift into our room. Even with doors and windows closed, we could still smell it

Quiet convenient and right on the beach!! Views were spectacular and could watch whales off my lanai! If this was where I was going to live in Waikiki this would be the place. Mahalo

New mattress in the room creaked every time you rolled over, got to be a pain but did not keep me from sleeping. We were there 5 nights and one night there was outside noise in the early morning. Not sure if that was a singular occurrence or if it happens more frequently.

Super location, right on Waikiki beach and Ft. DeRussy. Tons of restaurants, cafes and shopping, both souvenirs and groceries, ever a Starbucks right next door. Kind of expensive but that is Hawaii, not a function of the hotel. Front desk was very helpful.

I didn't like that the access was from the outside on balconys with railing slats 5 in apart. I don't like heights so much and walking out on the balcony on the 12th floor... Yikes. Would have preferred indoor access but the whole building was the width of one condo. Another drawback was there isn't a pool onsite.

The location was right on the beach, all of our rooms had an ocean view. It was amazing. The park view had a good view of the city and peek of the ocean too. The condo was clean but somewhat old in furnishings. It was serviceable, had a full kitchen and microwave. The staff was very friendly. It was also with in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants.
