Our allocated parking space was too small for our vehicle. One member of staff was very understanding and let us move, another was quite confrontational about it to start with. It may be worth asking about your space before arriving, to ensure your vehicle will fit in your space.

So cosy and cute! The accommodation was just what we wanted. The hot tub was lovely. The bath and fire were great.

We stayed for 3 nights and there was no room service. We filled up the trash the first day so we had to empty it ourselves. Also, we were only given two towels, one per person. We had to go and get more towels. I would expect those services be provided given the price of the rooms per night.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The vibes were great! Super quaint, amazing location, and amenities. We wanted to spend more time there but were only there one night. Volleyball net with badminton rackets, soccer balls, etc. with lovely green grass! Bed/sheets were very comfortable, the table by the window was great, overall really great feeling and I'd absolutely go back.

This was the cutest place! We normally always rent houses in Tahoe, but because it was just a quick overnight to pick up our boat, we stayed at Cedar Glen Lodge. The staff was extraordinarily kind, the entire facility was clean, our room was spotless and sooo cozy! Loved the fact that although we were in the lodge due to our needing a pet-friendly room, it felt like we were in one of the stand-alone cabins. The separate bedroom is fantastic! Great updates bathrooms and simply an all-around fantastic place. Will absolutely be booking longer stays in the future!

Cedar Glen Lodge was a perfect place for us to stay for a quick ski trip to Northstar. We booked a stand-alone cottage. It had everything we needed: very useable kitchen, comfortable living area with nice TV, clean and very nice bathroom, very comfortable bed. Everything was super clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Lovely setting, the “lodge” is basically a two story motel complex with long flight of stairs. Lake view is really a glimpse. Old carpeting on porch and stairway. Clean, modern bathroom. Average bed, cheap pillows. Nice size television with abundant channels, great WiFi.

Never could figure out how to work the TV. Suggest you include instructions in each room. The bathroom light fixture was missing a bulb in cabin 3 making cleanup difficult. Cleaning services left used coffee filters in the coffee maker for us to dispose of.

What breakfast???? Grounds were clean and well maintained. Pool was refreshing.

The place was virtually vacant and they put a creepy man right in the same double cabin next door to me. He peered in my window twice. Also they need to clearly mark their parking spots add new paint to the pavement, maybe identify the spaces to the rooms.

The cleanliness could have been better in my opinion. There were hairs on the shower walls and on the sheets both on top of the sheets and in between the sheets. I understand it's a hotel and not everything will be 100% but, there could have been more of an effort. The TV was to closely mounted to the wall and we could not connect our Roku which was a bummer. Can't really say anything negative besides this because everything was great for us. 🤷‍♀️

The location was perfect for us. The area is really quiet and small. Most restaurants and attractions were about 30 mins away which was perfect. The view was good you could see the lake and snow cover pines, great view. So many great restaurants to choose from close by

The tv in our unit didn't work. I thought it was the remote, it wasn't, and no offer from staff to fix, other than the tried and true, "try unplugging it, and plugging it back in." Not a huge deal; we got in late anyways and read our books. my main "gripe" if you will, is that we booked an apartment, and got a studio - much smaller. as I mentioned, we got in late after dinner, had already unpacked our bags, then realized, "hey, this seems smaller than what Booking.com showed in the photo." In fact it was, but again, not a huge deal, and it was late enough that we didn't feel like pursuing it that night. When we checked out, fairly early, I brought both issues up to the AM staff, and was only offered an apology, and a "I'll let my manager know. We do have a lot of problems with Booking.com." Staff was very nice and the mid-week room rate difference was only $18, so we went on our merry way.
