The room description stated the living area had a pull out couch, bedroom had a queen bed and a pull out couch. The living area had a pull out but the bedroom had a full bed with no pull out couch. Thankfully we no longer needed the second pull out, so it wasn't a deal breaker. I'm sure this is an issue on booking.coms website and hopefully they correct it. The living room had a small tv and there was no TV in the bedroom. Not exactly what I expected in comparison to similar suites at other establishments. Room needs to be updated but was nothing horrendous. Biggest inconvenience was the ac/fan unit was located in the living room and nothing near bedroom. It was humid for awhile but after a few hours, the entire room did cool down. The main issue with that was the 13 yo was staying on the pull out couch and was cold and wanted it off while the adults in the bedroom were warm and needed it on. The water got scalding hot, maintenance came and said they took care of it but it still was very hot and we just needed to be careful. Could be that the element is on its way out. The bed wasn't on the frame properly when we arrived. I sat on the edge and felt it tilt. The 13 yo went to lay on it width wise and completely flipped mattress. We took the mattress and box spring off and got the rails in proper placement (they cut notches in the frame to fit the rails, wood box frame was flimsy so it made us nervous when we saw this) could definitely use replacing but it held up for the remainder of our stay. Pool room was across the parking lot, not a horrible inconvenience, just not what I prefer. Pool area isn't very large but it wasn't super busy when we used it. There was a door off the bedroom that said not to block it, connected to storage/housekeeper closet and was wide open until about 7 pm the first evening we were there. We were concerned that anyone could enter but it was locked the remainder of our stay.

Staff was amazing. Everyone from front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and James the general manager were top notch. They were very nice and tried to make our stay as pleasant as they could. The location was ideal as it was close to where my boyfriend needed to be (he was taking motorcycle endorsement class at Bald Eagle Harley Davidson) otherwise I don't care to be right on the highway with small children present. If I were traveling without my children, I'd more than likely stay there again. We stayed in one of the cottage suites. I more than likely wouldn't book this room again and would choose a different room type. Pool area has a nice outdoor patio area although we didn't use it. There's a sauna and hot tub as well as large bathrooms to change in. There were plenty of pool towels and it was clean.

Old furniture. Clean. Looks like property is being upgraded, which is good. Many options in Marquette. Some much more pricey. Keep improving and OK to increase prices slightly to provide value. Other group we were with stayed at Value Inn, down road. Said it was dirty and one room wasn’t cleaned so they were sent to another room. Pool and spa were nice. Sauna drain needs cleaning.

No coffee maker. A fuse blew in our room. The pool and spa were closed for no apparent reason. We were glad to have an air conditioner. Overall it was okay. The rooms are clean but a little outdated.

We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lamps. There were no knobs on them and no switches. I tried twice to call the office but nobody ever answered the phone.

The building were old and dated as were the room fixtures but it was clean and comfortable. The AC was great keeps the room nice and cool. Had cable TV for those wanting it.

Bed was hard. Traffic noise was horrible and the lights outside were so bright in the room. There was a door to a common storage room that only locked from the storage room not the inside of the room, that the other cabin had access to, not safe or private. No tv in bed area. Pull out couch horrible all you could feel was springs.

Room size good. Location of motel good. Pool area was decent but all vents up high were filthy.
