AC unit needed to be serviced - we stayed here for three nights reported issues to reception first and Devon morning. Room was like an ice box. Also a strange electrical hum which we couldn’t quite locate - again reported but nothing was done about it. Booked B&b but on checkin were informed that the hotel did not offer this and when I showed the booking details they agreed to give us a $50 for breakfast. For three of us breakfasts averaged over $70 - lovely breakfast menu but with the prices it meant that we were left to pay the excess for the three mornings meals. Staff were hit and miss - two of the ladies who served breakfast could honestly not have been nicer - really pleasant and interactive. The rest of the staff however could definitely have been better. In all for the price we were disappointed.

Wanting a credit card to reserve $100 dollars on my credit card and insisting I present my card even though I pre paid for the room. I don’t have a credit and was told can’t check in without one. There was a queue behind me so she let me check in eventually.

The location. The balcony over looking the lake. The room was lovely with art work on the walls. Loved it.

I didn’t think it was value for money as the nightly charge was too much. Additionally I thought the charge for valet parking was also excessive but due to the winter celebrations attracting hundreds of people nightly, using the valet service was the only way your car could be parked anywhere near the hotel - a fact I think Marriott hotels took advantage of! I couldn’t put my finger on it, but I also felt the general ambience of the public areas was not so well maintained as when it was a Bohemian hotel.

I have stayed there previously when it was part of the Bohemian Collection and loved it then. It has an excellent location and is very pretty to look at, and beautifully designed. Very easy access to shops and restaurants meaning the car could be parked and an easy walk to all points of interest.

Check in wasn't good as they gave me a room without lake view so had to change then key cards wouldn't work then on check out tried to charge me for breakfast and my booking included breakfast

No laundry service which was a big problem for me or I would have stayed longer. Had to relocate to another hotel after 2 weeks as I needed my laundry doing! Was a long stay business trip.

Breakfast was nice. I ordered off menu and they made my healthy omlette and salmon with veggies everyday! Very good.

The only thing I was disappointed of, the bar had closed after we had returned from dinner(11:00).

The valets (Walter) is who I had the most contact and first contact with. And he is exceptionally!! Professional, yet personable! Celebrate was a little farther out than I expected but very much worth it. Very nice and calm area.

The hotel charged a pet fee for an ESA dog, which I did not like at all. I travel a lot and write reviews. No other hotels charge me for my small dog. I explained that while checking in and she said, "well, we do charge and that is our policy". So, I won't be staying there again. The furniture is very dated, and the room was clean. The towels smelled a little funny as well. The most exciting thing was the refrigerator does get drinks cold, and everything worked properly.

Celebration has a lovely walkability. The restaurants, shops and weekend events are nice and everyone was friendly. I especially enjoyed the Starbucks in the morning. The Valet guys were fantastic! Super nice!!
