No a/c in bedroom. Used a wall through fan to move a/c air from main room to bedroom. Did not cool down as much as we would have like. Also fan was very noisy. Would have preferred room on bottom floor.

My room was great except one small thing. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy and you couldn't choose to turn it off separately from the light. There was also a ventilation fan between the living room and bedroom that was always on. The noise of these two fans was hard to get used to. I might have used the pool and hot tub area, which was big and pleasant. The smell of chlorine was overwhelming, however. Perhaps it needs better ventilation!

The atmosphere of the place was really nice. The restaurant patio is beautiful and the location can't be beat.

The staff was great. We were there for the Mayo clinic. The staff worked with us for early and late check in/out and the shuttle was great to get us back and forth to the clinic!

Everything met my expectations and I didn't have anything that stuck out that I didnt like.

The Location for going to the Charlton building to visit my daughter after surgery was super fast. I took the shuttle which was also a huge perk.I didnt have to pay for parking to go into town. Had a kitchenette and could make my own meals if I wanted to. I also had furniture so I could relax. There is a workout center a hot tub and pool to enjoy if there is time after your visit to the clinic. I would stay here again.

Rooms could use a refresh. Furniture/furnishings seemed tired. Also noticed that rooms could be cleaned more meticulously, dirt in corners. But for the most part I felt safe and comfortable.

The shuttle service was a life saver! Got me wherever I needed to go/picked me up quickly and safely. Pool was nice and warm and I loved the basketball hoops.

Next time I'll have to remember to ask if there are any events scheduled at the hotel. I was surprised to find there was a youth wrestling tournament happening with many many athletes & families. The pool area was filled with boisterous, rambunctious youth, so was not the relaxing experience anticipated. But they were having a great time, and the parents seemed pleased.

The hotel seemed worn, there were blood spatters inside the bathroom door, and a man's sweatpants left in a drawer. I booked at this hotel because of their claim for exceptional cleanliness, all linens including the comforter freshly laundered, and the disinfecting spray that eliminates the concern about viruses that can cause illnesses. I questioned all of that after seeing how so many things were obviously overlooked.

The entrance was beautiful, it was nice to have a gluten free restaurant on site, and the shuttle (although we didn't use it) was a great accommodation.

I put to pay online yet they charged me. I payed your cancelation fee and them so I was charged way more for the room then I expected. Was extremely disappointed in that even tho I told the lady I payed online through you guys 3 times yet she demanded my card.

Overall, a good place for extended stay near the Mayo Clinic. The swimming pool is a decent size. The breakfast had enough items to help start the day.

It definitely dated and some areas like the pool etc need some refreshing and major maintenance looked at Stairway railings were in very loose condition but useable. Breakfast was ok but would like to see a few more hot items like eggs, bacon etc like many other hotels offer.

The shuttle service is extremely useful, reliable, punctual. The front desk ladies are so friendly and service oriented. We also love the restaurant Twigs. Ah!! and the family room at the lobby with such a nice and warm chimney!!!
