The breakfast end @ 9:00 am on Sunday. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10:00am on weekends.

Breakfast plastic utensils. While I understand the property wanting to use plastic forks, spoons and knives - but the ones available had to be the cheapest on the market. Small, hard to hold and flimsy.

the $150 deposit I had to make even though I paid with a card. does make sense to me if you have my card on file why would I have to pay more on a deposit. definitely was close to canceling and just going somewhere that I knew wouldn’t charge me a deposit with a card on file. and the staff was rude about it just cause I asked why did I need to pay extra with my card on file

Several times during our stay, the odor of pot drifted through the halls and elevator. I have no problem with folks smoking weed,but not in a non smoking facility. Just go outside.

When I walked into my room I was bowled over by the stale, musty smell. I went out and bought a large can of Lysol spray, and sprayed every surface, high and low; then I left the exhaust fan on and went out for several hours. When I returned, the smell had abated a little. After three sprayings and two days and three nights of exhausting, it finally smelled clean. There was a large wad of dust and debris behind the easy chair, and other areas that were noticeably dirty. There was a hair tie on the floor in the fitness center (where the seat on the recumbent cycle was rusted and would not move) on Friday morning. It was still in the same place Tuesday morning.

The evening front desk clerk (Danielle?) was the best. She was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The maid (Hetel?) was likewise pleasant and helpful. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located. The breakfast was adequate Friday and Monday; on Saturday the biscuits were piping hot and the gravy was delicious. The bed was comfortable; and there was plenty of hot water for showering.

The shower spurted all over the ceiling and water fell on the towels, toilet and floor. I turned the shower head thinking that was the problem but it didn't help. Staff weren't at the desk when we left so I called the front desk from car. I'm not sure the person who answered understood what my problem was but I was calling so I don't get charged a damage fee. We were in room 305.

It wasn't a handicap accessible room for me. I couldn't get in the bathroom with my wheelchair, no shower I could use at all and the room was missing tiles, holes in the walls where they tried to use plaster, but no paint was used. Outside had garbage, bottles and beer cans in the grass. Out back they had microwaves that didn't work and broken refrigerators laying all around in the parking lot.

Nice beds, but I am in a wheelchair so we needed a handicap accessible room. It was very spacious..

Staff was not the most professional. The evening check in woman was rude and quick. The morning woman when checking out was complaining to the manager at the front desk where anyone could hear. The third floor vending machine ate $4.00 of my money.
