The jets in the hot tub did not work. One staff working so they were very busy. No towels in the pool. Bathtub was absolutely disgusting. Floors were not vacuumed. Bed was not comfortable Breakfast was not stocked. Staff was trying but it was too much for one person to deal with.

The staff were super kind, the lobby was very nice, room was mostly clean, minus the bath. Very accommodating when i needed to change number of beds. Were able to handle a bunch of dance girls being hyper.

We got there 10 min before breakfast was closing (our fault) and found that the breakfast set-up was being taken down. However, the attendant was helpful in getting us what food she could. We appreciate that it is pet-friendly and brought our 2 small dogs with. The linoleum/vinyl floors are definitely a good flooring choice to have when allowing pets. It was super close to the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, which we went to that night -- so we appreciated the convenience.

Our room smelled strongly of Fabulosa cleaner, which is a good sign but overboard with the fragrance. Heater startled us awake a number of times because at its start, it sounded like an alarm. Once it in got going, it was tolerable.

Cleanliness and location were spot on for us.

Everything went well. Not anything I didn't like. I left a personal item there by mistake, and they were very accommodating about holding on to it until I could retrieve it.

Our room was very large and comfortable and breakfast was free.

The continental breakfast was below average and it was the exact same all 3 days I was there. The coffee was not good either.

The location was great. It was nice and quiet. It was consisted with the other americinns I'm used to.

I was okay with everything. I didn't have much bad to say about AmericInn. The only thing I can really think of is the limited selection for the TV.

Breakfast was excellent. I love waffles. I recommend having waffles every visit. Everything was cleaning the room and available. The energy and environment was great. I'll visit again someday. Much better than Country Inn.

It was a bit more run down than what I expected by the pictures. Needed a little milk for the baby; I knew they served breakfast and had milk, but they weren't willing to get me any and had to venture out and find a store to get some.

The breakfast was ok, The waffles were good. The coffee was weak, the scrambled eggs were cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

THE BATHROOM WAS HORRIBLE!! NOT CLEAN AT ALL. MAYBE JUST OLD AND WORN!! GOOD THING I BOUGHT LYSOL. TOWELS WERE STAINED. TOILET AND TUB NEEDED CLEANING. BED WAS OK. HOTEL NEEDS UPDATING!! And new linens!! U can only wash something so much b4 having to change things out for New!!!

LOCATION WAS PERFECT!! It's in the middle of a strip mall with restaurants and shops right in walking distance!! Only 5 minutes from the attraction that was the reason for my trip.

Great location, comfy clean room with a hot tub.it had everything we needed nothing more or less. Hallways seem not too updated but the room was terrific for the value, I would definitely stay again. The pool hot tub didn't seem to be working but that's why we got a room with one. So not an issue

Nice variety of foods but the buffet was not attended to orange juice was just pumping water, hard-boiled eggs uncover in a bowl in the Refer. that had to be there for at least a week miss colored and dry. No pitcher of water on the buffet
