Bar service was very good. Housekeeping needs were well met. Breakfast was delicious. The landscaping is breathtaking. The staff were all so very nice and kind. Food ordered from the bar was delicious

There was a wide variety of delicious hot and cold breakfast items. Even the picky eaters in the family were happy. The hilltop location is impressive and includes many trails. The guest pantry was a thoughtful bonus!

Would be helpful to be told exactly where grill, lounge and parking are located upon checking in.

Your rooms are dark and look tired. You need to update the decor in the rooms and bathrooms. The rooms do not match the brightness of the corridors. Get rid of the furniture in the rooms, they are old and tired.

Did make up the room during the entire stay. I could understand every couple of days. Its not necessary every day but this was a 4 day stay. I would have liked to have had the sheets changed once. I'm sure I could have asked the frontdesk and they would have accommodated me but I felt that should not be needed.

Breakfast was easy to get to and was one of the best buffets I have seen. Excellent food

Everything was great. Hotel and rooms were pristine. The breakfast buffet was very good. The beds were heavenly. The complimentary snacks.

The fact that unfortunately a few elevators were not too clean inside and especially where the buttons to push inside and outside it was just not sanitary, it took away just a tad bit from this outstanding beautification. BUT there were some sort of apologetic signs posted. I think it would have been best to have kept them closed off/out of service. I never got back in them I just happen to stumble upon them. And I hated the fact my visit/stay was over. I hated it wasn't summer where I couldn't get in the year round outdoor pool.

It was the most professional, caring and stunning hotel I've personally been in in the State of NC. Peaceful, Cleanliness next to Godliness, Quiet, Rooms beautiful, I wish I'd known you had suites, Amenities Superb, Breakfast the Best. OMG Outstanding and Very inviting hotel/staff. They had a huge fitness center, pool and pool dining area, two lovely restaurants, business halls, just everything you could ask for. A store, pantries, Terraces to walk out and lounge or smoke (I don't smoke) on. AMAZING!! Spot On! I rate this wonderful place 1000%, for fact.

It didn't look like the shower had been clean due to visible residue splash marks so we didn't use it.

It was very clean and elegant. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy!! The courtyard as well as surrounding area made for a perfect morning walk after a visit to the delicious breakfast bar!!

Breakfast and gym were good- No bread offered with eggs and bacon Very few muffins available -some days no butter and no skim milk If you came at 930 some foods not available. Overall nice dining room and ambiance Would have liked view of only the woods and more trails to explore

The trash can in the room was filled to the top with previous guests´ trash. Really disgusting. The hotel is so big it is hard to find your ways around.

Nice breakfast offering considering the pandemic situation. High room quality and standard. Outdoor pool must be great in the summer season. Free parking. Nice surroundings with possiblity to walk/run. The bar staff was really helpful and friendly.
