Rooms where not very clean and the housekeeper actually ask for a tip which is very rude. There was also roaches in the room

Didn't like anything about it because we didn't get to stay there because they wanted to charge $14 more than what they said they was going to so didn't have it on my card and wasn't able to stay so now they charge my card for us not being able to stay

People kept knocking on our door all night room smelled like mold real bad bad blood on the sheets had to use my own they wouldn't let me do a late check out and I am a choice rewards member and kids slamming door and kept banging on the walls and when I came out in the morning it was all kinds of cup and beer cans on the top of my car I had to call security that night about the noise all night it was a bad stay

Bugs, roaches, so loud outside from partying and arguing. Bugs was stuck in curtains. Everything was so dirty, bullet holes in walls. I will never stay here again

The hotel charged UD$75 a night. There was no coffee maker, no facial tissue, no cup, no hair dryer … in the room. Am I expecting too much from this hotel? Staff give us some foam cups that are not good for microwave that there was one on the room. No hot drinking water available. The bed sheets are old with visible light yellow stain. Hairs were found on pillow. The floor in our room has water coming out from beneath and was uneven. In one of the rooms shown to us, we saw crawling insects... Well, there is no complimentary breakfast. For $10 more, you found a much much better hotel room nearby that has all the items missing mentioned above. I booked Super 8 through booking.com at the same address of this hotel. Support 8 sign still hanged up outside of this hotel. We found out only when we arrived that the hotel had a change of ownership. We did panic after a long day of driving when we were told that there was not booking from us.... already 7pm and no dinner yet. You could imagine... hungry, tired, emotionally shocked, waiting on phone for assistance from booking.com... We were from Canada, the price we paid for Super 8 booking for a room is much less than this one... booking. com has given me a refund. Thanks. I found out the next day that booking.com offered to help us to book another hotel by emails... Imagine no wifi and data at the time....

The staff are friendly and helpful. They tried to show us rooms and with no problem to let us change room. Unfortunately, my family members decided to give up and change hotel. I and my wife decided to stay back because of the staff effort to accommodate my family. They freshly painted the outside of the building. There are lots of rooms for interior improvements and renovation.

Rooms are dirty - had housekeeping try to open my door at 10AM without knocking & while coming out of the shower I was thankful the latch didn’t allow it to completely open

the room we had had cockroaches and there was blood splattered on the bathroom wall and the bathroom door when we mentioned the cockroach to the cleaning staff the sprayed the skirting when we mentioned the blood to the reception they were belligerent and dismissive it was a good job it was on our leaving day that we had noticed it also in the price quoted by yourselves was that breakfast was included when asked what time breakfast started we were informed that it was not included even though I showed them the confirmation from yourselves this incurred us an additional amount to purchase breakfast elsewhere for 4 days. I have sent an email to the wyndam group who I believe they are part of but as yet have had no reply. I am aware that this was a budget hotel but standards have to be met. I am in the USA for a further 7 weeks so they may have lost my custom I am very disappointed as this was a poor start to our trip I do have photos of the bathroom but am unable to load them at the moment

The place was very unprofessional I paid for one room that I booked online I did not get what I paid for I got kept up all night security did nothing about it The room smell like mildew and water damage When I contacted management the next day all they have to say is we're sorry that's why we were closing the hotel to remodel I rented a room to get sleep and I did not get what I needed This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in on the road And I will never book again and I will make sure I tell everybody I can

It was unclean, the floors were filthy and there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom that had just been left as the cleaners couldn't be bothered to open the door to locate and remove them. We didn't feel safe at all, lots of people hanging outside drinking and to check in and out the night window had to be used even in the day time showing how unsafe the staff themselves felt. I would not recommend staying here unless you literally have nowhere else to go!!

The staff did not greet with a smile. Couldn't get the door to my room open at first. Went back to get assistance and was informed to lift up on the door and push. Finally got access to the room after 10 minutes of struggling with the door. Once I entered the room, I noticed there were burn marks on the blanket, the tv had lines running through the screen. If you need a place that's low budget and quick to book, then this is your place. Also, their site says breakfast included, but the lobby was closed to the public. And to check in, you are required to use the after hours window.

At least the air conditioner worked.

The door jam was broke, toilet was leaning, cob webs, dirty, sheets stained, web sire offered breakfast, and paid more to have breakfast, they do not have breakfast... was a shady area air conditioner cabinet was broke and rattled.. not the picture of hotel in the add online.

It was mentioned, there is a breakfast between 8 AM and 9 AM. but when I asked the receptionist he said We don’t have. the management is very poor with dealing with the customers.
