Make sure to search the location and that you are comfortable staying in that area of Philly. We didn't have any issues and were glad that the location had two door codes one for the building and for the apartment. The apartment served it's purpose as we only went back to sleep and were out all day but it definitely needed to get some renovations done. For one of the rooms, the in room AC wasn't all the way covering the window so you could hear all the noises from the street. Be aware that depending on the apartment you get you may have to go up two sets of stairs. The deposit was interesting as you had to send it a different way then through Booking.com but I asked to pay with Credit card and they sent me a link for that instead of the Venmo. The apartment had a lot of scuff marks, paint chips, some stains, wear and tear throughout when arriving.

It was 15 minutes from where I needed to be. There is a Walgreens down the block, we walked during the day and the area was fine. Wouldn't do the same walk during the night time though. It was hot in Philly, but it was nice to have the AC units in each room to help keep it cool. The kitchen had a fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, etc. We only used the microwave and fridge but it was a nice amenity to have. Each room had closets and the beds were decent. The apartment served it's purpose for what we needed. Didn't get to try the waterice spot across the street but people seem to love it, there was always a line.

I didn’t stay and got injured and requested a refund I was completely robbed they didn’t tell me it has 2 flights of stairs I am a heart patient and can’t go up and down completely cruel about service I was also injured at property with a witness they didn’t even refund my deposit back terrible customer service and a complete robbery I am still waiting for my deposit refund please whoever is reading this don’t book you will be unsatisfied photos are misleading it’s a dump and a complete robbery I explained everything on arrival of my problems and they was ignoring my phone calls and messages it’s a complete set up to rob your money and ruin your travel time customer service is terrible

So Noisy! 1 A.C was very old and incredibly noisy who couldn't stay in the room when it was on. And the street is very noisy too all along the night. Some stuff need to be fixed.(only 2 chairs almost broken for 4 guests, pans...).

I missed the fact that it did not have a living room— I did not want to lay in bed for the entire vacation nor hangout on high chairs in the kitchen. Upon entry there was a strong odor of smoke in the building— this was limited to hallways only. The locations for grocery shopping did not appear safe. The second location still felt uncomfortable with groups of people lingering outside the location. Trash bags outside of the building did look appealing.

I never got to stay in the property the manager required you to Venmo or cash app him the security deposit when 99% of places accept credit cards for deposit. So I never received the code to get into the property and the manager refused to communicate efficiently. Never responded to any of my emails. I booked because I had an emergency. Other than that I would have never booked in that location very busy and hectic. I would not recommend this property to anyone. So I was charged for a stay that I didn’t even get in.

My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting for mother's day and enjoyed our time. The unit was clean, had plenty of space, and was comfortable. All the things I want when I stay somewhere.

The property was not clean, walls were dirty and there were rodents in the unit. We walked around in socks and our socks were black. We decided not to stay the night due to mice running around in the unit. Once we decided to leave I moved my luggage and a mice ran off from my luggage - I KID YOU NOT. Do not stay here, the host is not understanding and really does not care for the comfort of guests. They charged me a $65 for dirty linens when we didn’t even stay the night - Only thing I can think of was I put my luggage on the bed once I saw the mice while we packed up and it left dirt on the bed (shows how dirty the floors were). Overall not a pleasant stay.

No possibility to get inside!!!!!! We came to Philadelphia and got no code to the doors. The phone didn't work, we sent email - without answer. After three phone calls to booking.com and waiting from 8.30 till 11 pm on the street we had to find another accomodation. Pretty close and very nice The Golfer's Inn which we recommend instead.

This apartment was NOTHING like the pictures. The doors and windows did not lock securely and the atmosphere was overall not safe or comfortable. We did not stay there due to the safety risks causing us to have to travel out of the way to try to find an available hotel room.
