The last two points were fixed after raising the problem but in general the situation was still not acceptable for the price. After sending additional photos, I was told that the apartment was just old, appended the last photos we sent.

United States9 reviews9 helpful votesDisappointingnot clean, the bathroom shower curtain and floor were disgusting, the closet doors were off track, the tv was tiny and only seen from the old shabby couch and not the beds. this is a studio with two beds and a couch squeezed into one small space. no teapot to boil water, pot and pans old, warped and of questionable cleanliness. tons of rules on what not to do otherwise you'll get charged additional hefty fees. do you research before you rent this place.

It is in a convenient location at a comfortable price

United States15 reviews5 helpful votes“Roach Hotel”This was my second booking through Booking.com that was filthy and roach infested, and not so charming, very run down, Hollywood condo with pool and balcony, the pool was ice cold even though they said that it was heated and the hot tub was Luke warm and the jets barely even bubbled, it was not even worth getting into, and the place was so dirty that it made my feet all black just from walking around in my socks inside the apartment, and of course there's the roach infestation issue there, so I would rent anywhere else that you can find,, and stay totally clear of this horrid place.

There were cockroaches in our room and nothing done about it despite my request to be moved. We were given 3 towels for 3 guests staying two weeks. No pool towels. No sheets for the sofa bed despite them being aware it was required.
