I didn't think the concierge folks were particularly helpful with suggestions on area attractions or discounts. Almost dismissive of our presence at the desk. An example: we we offered a free wine tasting pass, but no one explained when or where it would be held and no one mentioned on site events we might want to try.

I am handicap and was with cane when checking in. However, I was given a cabin that had no hand rails to get into cabin I needed assistance to get in and.out of thd cabin. The cabin didn't accommodate my handicap condition. The only reason I didn't call to change cabin was due to my request for other family members to be lodged in the cabin next to mine. I did enjoy the atmosphere of the place and will return.

Our shower curtain was very musty and the bathroom was unpleasant smelling. We did not have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All 3 dispensers were empty but I liked the concept.

The room was filthy. However they did have someone reclean it. They do not try to accommodate the type of room that you would like. I had to make my guest stay at home because there just wasn't enough room.

It was a pleasant weekend getaway.

Things close too Early. Restaurant is good and reliable but the food gets old quick, would love more variety available on Site. No lifeguard at 5pm on a Thursday means no slide.

The kitchen didn't have fry pans at all, could have used those..the cushions on the chairs in dining area were old and all stained, could be freshened up. The porch area where there is chairs didn't have a roof , when we stayed it rained alot so that would have been nice to have little shelter on the porch..

I did like having a full kitchen, that is a nice feature. I thought the cabin was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable and generally had a great time. I liked the laundry area on site that you can use whenever and we loved all the pools.

Little cottage was super outdated and worn. Few things were broken like the ice maker and the latch lock on the patio door. (They had a bar lock and brought us a bag of ice when asked)

2 separate rooms. Great for traveling with kids. Along with living room and kitchen. Super quiet area. Plenty of pool choices. Great family area

Try to over charge my credit card at check out time. Check in was 1 hour past time advertised at time of booking it wasn't no compensation for it. Still needed to check out by 10am.

The check in process was a mess. Waited in line for over an hour. A total unorganized, understaffed disaster. Why no online check in? Why no varied checkin times? I was denied early checkin, which could have lessened volume at 4. Needs improvement.

Room was very clean. Great pillows/ bedding. Better than expected. Location is great.

We had loud rude neighbors they argue until 2am you can clearly hear word from words stomping slamming doors it wasn’t a good pleasant first night?

We enjoyed the pools and all the exciting free out door activities.

No open tubing or skiing. Our family had two cottages; Cottage 166 was significantly dirtier and less cared for than 167. Cottage 166 smelled awful, musty and old. The table in that cottage was tiny and looked like a hodgepodge put together table made from scraps of other tables. The drain in the bathtub wouldn’t drain well and they never came to fix it after asking multiple times. Mulligans restaurant, service was friendly.. food was not good at all and overpriced. The pool area was fun for the kids however the slide wasn’t open when the online schedule said it would be, so in 4 days the kids never got to go down the slide. Also, the bottom of the pool floor is SO rough, multiple cuts and scrapes. Saw a couple kids there the last day with cuts on their faces and feet that were bleeding and they just kept swimming, grossed us out and we left.

We enjoyed ourselves, I didn't appreciate how the young lady that checked us in handled the check in. She entered my card # for payment incorrect, and in front of the whole lobby, load as she can be " it seemed". She blurted out " YOUR CARD DECLINED" for everyone to hear. And that wasn't even the situation, it was an error on her end. So if we come back for another stay. I pray that she doesn't handle us
