The location of the room was a bit far from the indoor water park. Food was overpriced.

It wasn’t very clean. There were brown stains on the bunks in the loft. The dish soap smelled like a locker room. Everything from the dressers to the elevators was outdated and needed TLC. The dressers and bunk bed were very worn down. The elevator had what looked like etching on the walls.

I liked that it was away from everything.

The resort restaurants closed too early 9p, there wasn't any vending machines or a light store area to purchase microwavable meals for after hours, gift shop closed at 5p (check in is at 4p so if you needed something, you are out of luck) the room was outdated, the throw on the bed was dirty, the tub was tall need to update, hot tub was out of order, water park was a little chilly.

The convince of the Waterpark, the restaurants food was good. Each staff member we encountered was very professional, helpful and polite.

The rock hard bed, the fact that the microwave couldn't open all they way without hitting the wall, the outlets were weird, some only worked with light switches. The high loft windows blinding me at the ass Crack of dawn with sunlight. ( who wants to wake up at 6am on vacation.... not me)

The fact that I was on the top floor and didn't have to hear kids stomping above me.

Our room was in need of maintenance. The screen door was falling off track with openings in the screen. The bath tub wouldn't drain while showering. The fireplace didn't work. Paint peeling from the walls. The room was a decent size with good amenities it just needed some TLC. Which easily can be done in a day so business won't lose that much revenue.

The water park was nice but not enough places to sit. The restaurant was good we ate there breakfast and dinner.

We had a loft room, which we loved. However, after sitting on the bed, I noticed that there were slash marks on the wall. Later, I noticed that on the edge of the wall coming into the room that there were more slash marks that went into metal at the edge of the wall. The kitchen was missing utensils that made it hard to cook. The table had 2 chairs, and my family could not sit together for meals. There was much more that made our stay enjoyable. The table and utensils were small problems that we worked around.

I enjoyed how helpful and professional the staff was. Our room was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The waterpark was so much fun. There is something for everyone. Slides, a water roller coaster, lazy river, activity areas, splash pad, an arcade, and more. The staff went out of their way to help find my son after he ran from his sister. Whenever we called guests services, they responded quickly with towels, cleaning the room, or just answering questions.when it was time to go, we left a phone in the room. It was recovered quickly for us. We had a wonderful time.

The main thing that caught my eye was the missing light bulbs I’ve the sinks, the kitchen sink was extremely small, couldn’t even fit the cook wear provided in the sink. The space was in all a lot smaller than I expected. There was a giant spider that created us on the first day, scary. Best for last, the room stink like animal.

I love the set. The first floor and open access for families with fur babies was really appreciated. The view was pretty nice as well.

We were supposed to have a large refrigerator and a sleeper sofa in our room. There was no sofa, but only a chair that pulled out into a bed that only fit a child. It was super uncomfortable, and we really needed the actual pullout couch to fit our 8 people comfortably.

The indoor Waterpark and location were great.

Couldn't get ahold of anyone at the front desk from the phone we even got hung up on with one of the calls . The bath fan light was going out with no cover on it. The hot water for the shower was not even close to hot. I had chills taking a shower. The hot tub in the water park was broken, which was the one thing my kid wanted to go in.

We stayed for the weekend n we seen at least 7 bugs in our room. A few lady bugs n some other bugs one bug that apparently can fly. The hot tub in the room didn’t work and the under ground tunnel to get water park had to be 20 degrees it was freezing. I also was charged more wen I got to the hotel then what booking told me

The wait to check in was extremely long and we were given the wrong room. We upgraded to have a fireplace and full fridge and we were given neither. I did talk to the front desk the next day (since the line was so long after we already checked in) and all that was offered was to move rooms.

I enjoyed the privacy of the golf side rooms. Wasn’t as busy as the hotel side and very comfortable rooms.

Extremely long lines at food locations.. 1 1/2 hour wait for pizza at Waterpark. Breakfast buffet does not take reservations at least 1/2 wait... line for coffee and breakfast sandwiches 45 mi . This was new years weekend

Like the condos, the facilities are showing signs of age and wear. Many indoor features were broken or not open during our stay. We also paid $100 extra for late checkout and didn’t get it - had to go through security to get our keys, wallets, phones and other personal items we hadn’t brought down to the car before a final few hours in the waterpark.

The multi-room condo with the hot tub remain the big draw, though they are showing signs of age and wear.

The room we stayed in was not well maintained. We worked with the maintenance staff and they were friendly helpful and quick but during our one week stay we found more and more things not maintained. It could have been related to people not reporting it but it was just inconvenient for our family to keep calling maintenance for things and we didn't want to have concerns since we were with our dog. We may have gotten unlucky as we were informed that the lazy River had just been water swapped and was going to be cold, on our first day. Two slides were broken/down and the jacuzzi as well, none of this mentioned on the website or during booking. The lazy river was cold the first day and every day after did get warmer however even with 30 degree temperatures outside the air was a bit too cool to keep from shivering if you weren't in the water. We stayed in the Great Wolf Lodge a year ago on 5° below outside and never felt a bit of cold in the water resort area, however the Great Wolf Lodge cost 400% more to stay. So considering that it's still a good value.

Nice location, close to everything you need. Priced well for families that don't have a lot of money to spend on more expensive resorts. For a 40 fee per day we were able to keep our dog in the room with us, we crated him at night and when we were away but it was nice to not have to leave him at a care center while we were out of town.
