I couldn't finish my hikes unfortunately, due to my phone battery getting low. I had to cut it short for the day. There's no service around here either, which makes it difficult to stay updated with people around me.

I really enjoyed the location so much! The mountains are always a great place to explore! Not only that, but snow was absolutely amazing! I wish I could come back and explore some more, and hopefully hike on higher mountains that I could've before.

The street to get into the house is a dirt road so you just need to be prepared with either a 4x4, snow tires or chains if it is snowing.

wishing T-Mobile had service out there, but that is about it. It was actually quite nice not having any cell service.

A exceptional time it was awesome I can’t wait to go back. It’s been about a month and we still talk about it. We hope to be back there soon we’re surprise worth the days off of work and me and my husband were able to just spend time together considering there’s no service and the movies that we watch together and dinners that we made it was just one for the books.

Had to think about this for a bit but honestly, nothing I didn't like!

The cabin is so cute and cozy!!! If you're looking for a place that has its own area and parking, this is it. As soon as my partner parked, we gushed and started snapping pictures. We arrived when there was new snow so it was just...magical! Super cheesy but it was great. The place was nicely warm and we were greeted with a homemade cake, 2 bottles of OJ, a couple of chocolates and a name card. We will definitely be back!

The property came with all the necessities for our perfect little getaway. Anytime we had a question. it was answered quickly. Awesome customer service. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back very soon.

Went away with my family for our Wedding Anniversary. Upon arriving we were greeted by the host who was very friendly. The cabin is very clean and has all the amenities. I would love to come back to this same location in the future we had a great time.

Perfect getaway, clean and quiet. Only 25 min to the village at big bear shopping center. We were celebrating our 5th anniversary, and were greeted with a sweet note on the table. I would definitely recommend staying here and i will be going back.

The location of this place is FANTASTIC! The Pacific Crest Trail is near by and overall a serene place to relax. This was our second time here and we'll definitely be back....it's a hidden gem.

We found 4 spiders together the whole night; 1 being in the kitchen, the other 3 being in the bedroom, 2 being on the bed. Wife is terrified of spiders and could not sleep comfortably knowing 2 got really close.

We loved the peace and quiet this place offered.

The coffee pot was pretty dirty prior to using the next morning, which I had no problem cleaning. Also, there were cobwebs in the ceiling windows/skylights in the bedroom, over the bed and bathtub, that I couldn't stop thinking about, especially at night. They should be cleaned up.

The cabin was perfect for two people and the location was great! Peaceful and quiet, which is what we were looking for.
