The pool showers and tennis courts were under construction and that was disappointing.

The furniture on the balcony was rusty so didn't sit out there often as we were worried about getting rust on our clothes. Maybe plastic furniture might be better. Children said the beds weren't comfortable. Just a little bit of love would be good in different areas. Vacuum didn't seem to work either. I still think we got a good deal for our stay there.

I loved the views from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful. And the easy access to everything. Parking was good as well. Everything was easy from arrival to departure. Staff were helpful. They have a mart on the first level, stocks a variety of products opens till 10pm. Apartment was a good size with doors dividing the bedroom/bathroom from the living area. Laundry on same level and rubbish disposal area. The views were really good, better than we expected.

One of the grills didn’t work, it would have been nice to find out it didn’t work before spending money and time waiting to see if it would get hot . We alerted other guests not to use it.

The location was great for us. We rented a car and it was wonderful to be able to park in the garage ,it made our stay more comfortable.

The tv did not work and there was no response from our messages about this. The aircon was very noisy so we turned it off at night and so we were hot. There was road work outside so too noisy to have the door open.

Staff at this location were so very helpful and nice-I can not thank them enough! Room was very comfortable and easy to access. Great distance for morning walks to Kapiolani Park or the Waikiki Beach. Everyday the view of Diamond Head was really pretty cool and I grew up there--but it was still cool!

I didn’t like the bath tub and shower, needs maintenance and left a dirty bath mat. I didn’t like the kitchen because it didn’t feel clean. I didn’t like the furniture they were uncomfortable.

I loved the location, parking pass, and the pool/jacuzzi. The rooms weren’t very clean and the tv was very old school. the balcony seats and table was lower quality, but I loved the carpet on the balcony and the windows in the room.

We were party of 4 (2 adults, 10 and 13 year old kids) and our first room had one french and one single bed. Sofa in the living room was not for sleeping. They could not arrange anything that evening so we needed to manage one night with it. We did not get any compensation when we asked for it. Entering the Apartment was only with 4 digit number code, and by changing the room next morning, we needed to tell our code several times at the corridor. We did not get a new room code and we were not feeling safe, since there was also no control at the building entrance. One waits ages for elevators. Swimming pool was small, old and full of sand.

Our second room was had large living room and kitchen was very well equipped. We could see beach (which was 5 min. walking distance) from the balcony. On our last day they allow us to leave car in the parking lot till the evening, and to return parking ticket after their working our. Thanks for that!
