A little more attention to small remodeling details would give it a 10. Paint is not complete here and there, things like that, but the place was comfortable and very clean.

Local and cute with a good hot breakfast. Loved that we could have our dog at a reasonable add-on price.

WiFi was very poor No coffee maker in room Breakfast had limited options - could do with proper butter and baked beans.

Location was great and quiet Jacuzzi Room clean, cosy and well equipped (microwave, fridge with freezer compartment). Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was welcome addition, and was nice.

Communication between you and the management needs to improve. We were supposed to change rooms for second night and I had asked for room to be on ground floor due to my handicap status and I was told we could check in early. But no one was on the property to help us with this. We waited around the area as another staff person told us to do, but ended up waiting all day only to be told we would have to go up 2 flights of stairs to the new room. We moved to another property. I was told the problem was that you had approved my requests and not their staff. Not happy about this at all.

Again, we had a minor issue of getting our room door locked and unlocked with the key. It was a bit tricky and sticky.

We stayed a second night here, but in a different room. Room we stayed in was v comfortable. And again the buffet breakfast was really tasty with slightly different options than the morning before.

The only minor inconvenience we had was locking & unlocking our room door. It was difficult to get the key to work.

Right in the centre of Mammoth Lakes, but off the main road. Good size fridge in the room. Really enjoyable buffet breakfast. I can imagine Cinnamon Bear Inn would be so cozy in the winter (we stayed in September).

The bathroom could use some love (clean, but a bit of wear and tear), and we couldn't figure out how to turn off (or control) the fire/temperature.

Room was clean and comfortable, with a gas fire that felt very cozy on a cold night. Great location to stay in Mammoth, or as a stopover to/from Yosemite. Contactless check-in and out, with quiet time after 2200.

Everything was clean, but some things felt a little worn or old. This isn’t really much of a complaint, especially for the price. The place felt clean and tidy, but would benefit from a light renovation. Coat of paint, replace/refinish some furniture and fixtures, small stuff.

Excellent value, clean room, very friendly staff, cozy lobby area, included breakfast, great location near restaurants and cafe. Comfortable bed. A nice, privately owned hotel. Not a luxury experience, but a very solid option for travelers on a budget. Also, I loved the old school Mario Lanza era music playing at breakfast.

A little noisy in the morning as the reception/breakfast room was under our room.

Fantastic location, really quaint and cosy. Lovely, helpful staff and great breakfast. We had a family room, which had 2 double beds and large bunk beds.

Great location. Yosemite access was unfortunately closed, but staff gave us some great places to go and explore. Such a beautiful area. The provided breakfast was simple, but great. It made it super convenient for my family.

The rooms were small for a family of four, there was no AC - my fault I didn’t realise but it was warm. There is a fridge but no kettle, however coffee is available in the lobby until 6.30 The lady Lannie who runs it is so nice and helpful.

The property is cute and well located. Rooms clean but a little on the small side.
