Hotel is uses techology which could scare some less educated oldsters who may not be able to function to manage the pad technology. Or access to bed in front of window. We enjoyed all but would hesitate a recommendation to some folks we know.

For us the location worked because we could walk to museums, grand central market or subway. Pleasant efficient helpful staff. Have stayed citizen m previously so knew to expect smaller well appointed room pad managed technology. Very comfortable designer lobby with drink food option service.

Hip, clean, well located (some of the surrounding area is a bit sketchy), nice staff, tiny room but just fine for one person traveling on a budget. Great bed, fun lobby scene, I will come back.

The room is kind of small for a 4 star hotel. The temperature control on my ipad didn't really seem to make a difference. I had to ask them to reset it at reception.

Rooms were very clean and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The ipad on the side of the bed is really cool and user friendly.

Would have preferred tea and coffee making in the room rather than having to go down to the reception to fetch it. We’re English and prefer our tea very hot!

Clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. Handy location for all we wanted to see and do. Staff helpful and friendly. Loved the stylish decor!

No parking at the hotel.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, each and every one 😍. I like the hotel and the room was very different. The price is good 👍. Nice healthy breakfast 😋, for reasonable price. I'm not sure about the area 🤔. Many homeless people were around. The only downside was no parking at the hotel 😒. We had a good time. Thank you 😊.

The only "bad" thing is that the location is in downtown LA which I learned not to be the best one in LA. The location of the hotel could be sketchy at times. Our taxi driver advised us not to go out when the sun went down because it could be dangerous.Maybe the rooms could be small for some people.

The hotel was amazing. The room was kind of small for two people but if you keep things tidy it's enough room for two. The room and bathroom were very clean and you can control everything from the tablet, from the blinds to the strength of the lights. Breakfast was very good and varied and open for five hours. The decorations of the hotel were a nice touch. You could easily reach other parts of the city if you want to use public transport.

The location could probably be a little better but then it would also be much more expensive,

The hotel is very modern and uses lots of tech for checking in, control of the blinds on the rooms, heating etc. The room I had wasn't huge but was more than adequate for me and I do like the way they positioned the bed by the window to save space.

It is not the matter of the property but mainly the LA problem, of homeless people around the streets nearby

Just the room would be a bit small if you are in 2. For solo travellers is a great option

WIFI fast and stable. Breakfast for reasonable price in L.A. Finally a shower with a movable shower head! Nice common spaces.
