My only critique is the music in the rooftop bar/balcony which is so loud you cant talk relaxed or chill out, the seating area indoors where the music is even louder made me really stressed, could not have a conversation there, 2 in the afternoon. That makes it not worth the money to me cause it was one of the things that really adds value to the stay. They only played this cold club kind of housemusic that really didnt cange. Why cant you just turn it down and play some nice soulville bluesy slow stuff, anything human would do!

I generally think manhattan hotels are to expensive for what they deliver. But this one didnt disappoint in any general way. There was a very welcoming vibe in the lobby and from the staff, loved the comfy seating furniture inn the lobby from vitra.

The roof, the lobby downstairs, the design, that it is clean, the tablet is comfortable, the staff (especially Justin the bartender :)

The mattress and the pillow aren't comfortable. The mattress was way too soft (sinking and not firm) and the pillows were way too big to even place the head on, it was better sleeping without the pillows. I also believe that for this price it would have been nice to have a small coffee machine in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. However, typically I personally like more space in the room for longer stays. Also I found that walking on the western side of the hotel was cool, nice and enjoyable. I did not like the East though.

The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. All common areas were very relaxing and the roof top bar on the top floor has incredible views - this is a real asset as one can come back to the hotel and still feel like the day is not over. The room was very nice and space was maximised, however it is somewhat small (probably above average in NY though). The view fro the room was stunning, too! The location was also very convenient, making it easy to go to brooklyn, downtown and midtown in about the same time. The metro lines are very conveniently palced and it is basically in NoLiTa, making it great for walking aroud Soho, NoHo, Chinatown and little Italy, as well and eating out in very good places.

We couldn’t connect to TV and the pillows were not comfortable but that is personal preference. The hotel is very safe but the direct street outside feels a bit dirty and dodgy so be aware.

An awesome stay! Really modern and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was great (small but expected - the photos of the room are to scale/what to expect) and clean. All controlled by an iPad which was very easy to use and the shower was really nice. The rooftop was an added bonus - great view and good vibes. The breakfast was delicious and great value for money. Location is easy great - close to brown and green subway or it’s a good walk to Midtown.

The location of the hotel is nice, there is several metro station around. Also, it is very close by Soho, so nice ! The view from the room is also nice and the decoration/vibe in general is cool.

Great facilities. Use of space in the room was really imaginative. Hotel bar and work space was really nice with lots of space and natural light. Roof-top bar was stunning at night especially. Staff were very helpful when needed.
