The in room phone did not work. The jetted tub didn't work properly, when I called the front desk from my cell, I was advised on how to fix the tub myself. I thought the lamp in the sitting/living room was broken, when I spoke to the front desk I was advised to unplug & replug to see if that fixed it. The chair in the bedroom was broken, but maintenance was sent to replace it.

The option of in room jetted tub.

The pool was really really cold the hot tub was small even though we didn't get a chance to get in it bummer 😕 but the bathroom was kinda small took a shower and a bath at the same time the water wasn't going down the drain

The hot tub wasn't "hot" at all. We stay at the radisson for that main reason. To use the hot tob.

Hot tub wasnt a hot tub, it was a smaller jacuzzi tub. Website said hot tub. Also, had to have the motor changed during my.stay because it wasnt working when I went to use it.

A good overall facility and stay. However, I was put in a particular wing whose access was through a small ice machine room with doors which proved to be very tight for a luggage valet cart. Other wings did not have this problem. Just the roll of the dice.

Breakfast was good. It was a Saturday basic hot buffet only (no menu or other choices) which cost $12. Facilities is older but overall good condition and clean.

It was FREEZING throughout the whole building. We even had to put towels along our room door to keep the breeze out.

I didn't like that pieces of furniture were obviously missing from the room. I didn't like that it took 30mins for warm water to flow in order to take a shower.

I paid for my stay on booking.com. After my say, I found that the hotel also charged me as well. When I called, they told me that you don’t pay on Booking.com, you just reserve it. The clerk and the manager were not listening to me and they were rude. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card.

Free breakfast for the price we paid for the stay. Some parts of the hotel need some repair. Breakfast was not worth the $11.00. It is what you would expect from a free breakfast.

The location was good. We were close to stairs and the elevator. The bedding was clean and fresh. Bathroom was well maintained.

Carpets on our floor heavily stained. "Hot" tub wasn't. Might be a small issue, but should have been 3-4 degrees warmer. In general, it is clear that they are not investing in "prettiness".

Large well lit room, very comfortable beds. Lobby and breakfast area very nice, very clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room looked like it had been very cheaply updated. There were spaces in between the sink and walls, the shower tiles, and other random spots. The light fixture in the bathroom was sunken into the hole and there was no exhaust fan. It felt clean, but there were tiny red ants crawling in the bathroom around the shower. Likely because the water continuously dripped throughout the night.

Location was perfect and the front desk attendant was very friendly.
