THE BATHROOM I was under the impression I booked a newly renovated pool view room….the bathroom was clearly not done or even cleaned for that matter I had to buy my OWN cleaning products and scrub the tub n sink! unacceptable!!!! I asked for cleaning products the cleaning woman offered fabuloso?? I suggest ya’ll start using BLEACH PLEASE!!!

the pool was AMAZING my son enjoyed the pool every day we were there. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong :)

Just minor imperfections around the room that I think could have been better touched up, two very different color paint jobs for whatever reason on one wall, and the ceiling had some damage in two spots. The bathtub had no way of holding water (my son wanted to take a bath) so we had to make shift a drain stopper. The walls aren’t exactly nailed together… it was overall nice for what we paid for but I did hear other guests complaining about no a/c and other issues. We didn’t have any issues. In the one photo of my son sleeping you can see one area of ceiling damage. And then the pool was nice this day but you can tell it’s a little green, the next day it was closed and worse but they were actively cleaning it and was reopened by the end of our stay.

Location was great, really close to the interstate but also near some restaurants and shopping. You can tell the neighborhood is not the greatest and behind the hotel are some sketchy people/things happening but we just avoided it and no harm no foul. We got clean towels everyday and replenished on toiletries when needed. We would have enjoyed the pool more but was closed for a couple days while we were there. I also liked you had to key in to the elevator to get to the upper floors, just an added touch of security. I also loved the fact that the water got HOT! The beds were incredibly soft. We got great nights sleep which I’m definitely not used to in hotels.

I like the pool. Just the maintenance of the pool is not good. You can tell they don't clean the pool. Would be wonderful if the pool was cleaned out.

There is clearly a sign on the pool that reads: Pool hours are from Dusk to Dawn. Yet it is locked at 830pm.

The music they play on the weekends couldn't sleep was very loud only complaint.........

I loved the waterfall at the pool , the room was spacious bed comfy sofa in room could use a deep cleaning but we didn't use it only for our bags lol we had pool view room easy check in through Priceline they have an elevator stayed on 2nd fl

the beds was on a medal frame made horrible noises when you moved and the handicap rooms wasn't really handicap ready with walk-in showers easily entering doors (very hard to open on close) it was ok for the price just feel like more $$ went into the lobby than the rooms and outside of property

Dirty, understaffed, price is high for what you get, ghetto, no breakfast, kitchen doesn't fallow any particular hours, the bed board was covered with dry semen or something that look a like. Disco club in the property is lowd you listen music and feel the vibration of the bass from 12pm to 2am. So don't expect to rest/sleep. It's a party hotel if that what you looking for is great. LOL

I would 10/10 stay there again IF their rooms were kept up with a little better. Room 316: I had to shoulder the door to open it and slam it shut to close it. Leaky shower head/faucet with stains a round the tub, needs a new interior paint job forsure and some mudding in a few spots, stains of the couch made it unsittable. Picture/canvas anchors were on the wall with no picture/canvas, and about ten channels on tv. I would leave the pool deck open, those couches are great, but we cant use them after dark? Those tiny changes with that price and I’d stay there every time I’m in Orlando and recommend it to all my friends who travel.

The location and pool are prime. Great parking. Staff is friendly, nice outdoor aesthetics, large rooms, AC works perfect, beds are very comfortable, smelled clean. Waterfall was a hell of an idea! Pool guys skimming the pool did great as well.

The T.V. was horrible. We complained about it and they attempted to fix it and told me if I wanted better cable service they could more us to another room but we would have to pay $26.00 more... didn't understand that.

There were so many roaches especially at night coming through the door and a/c we had to buy raid and they changed our room but it was the same..and our t.v.was snowy and showed only 6 channels

Music by the pool on the weekends was way too loud.. No breakfast included. Vending machines on the property were not working.. Price was too high for what you get.. You have to pay $10 a night extra for a resort fee and pay a $100 security deposit..

Location was good.. No breakfast or coffee was included.. Music was way too loud by the pool on the weekends. None of the soda machines worked on the property the entire time we were there.. Front desk staff, maintenance,and housekeeping staff were very friendly.

Room was not completely clean. Curtains were covered in mold. Bathroom fixtures completely rusted. Outlets didn't work in the bathroom. The a/c only worked sometimes. Woke up sweating first night and it was set on 68. I paid for a "renovated room" but it was only partially renovated. Blonde lady at the front desk was very rude when asked for towels. Overheard her telling other staff to tell everyone there are no rooms available if anyone complains.

The pool was great..... After they finally cleaned it.

I didn't like it can be alot of worker guys and being a female that made me uncomfortable if I left something in my car I didn't want to go downstairs and get it and the elevator is a bit creepy but its quick the cable wifi never worked or something was always wrong with the tv..and the pool is beautiful but always freezing cold you can't even enjoy it

The food is good my husband got the salmon one night and the mac and cheese is good the room is nice the lighting and view of pool is great spacious and clean

carpets to room dirty debris bed side table missing 1 side in largest king suite they have. big let down to stand up outta bed face ta face with wall. Bar was nice offered patrons a free voucher for drinks nice but never used it. list was given to front desk staff we stayed 2 days no repairs were set no improvements after list was given at all to our room …. why? they should’ve offered a discount reasons above Is why we left early.

All staff was awesome do wish they would do more upkeep in and out of rooms just little things nothing major no tp holder hallways could use a vac scented path to your room would be great elevator stainless steel cleaned from pool area more often door glass needed upkeep drain in tub no cover shower rod ends rusty king room largest they have super roomy but only 1 side nite table why??? 2nd person on that side has to get up looking at the wall bed over way too far vent air conditioning filters needed cleaned bulb in lamp on table needed changed out new owners need to actually stay there to trouble shoot issues H. at front desk was the bomb as far as service and extremely helpful (a delight) We will stay there again all over good value at 100$ per nite
