Smell of weed in hall was breath taking so could not breath properly. Carpets dirty everywhere. Trash overfill in trash cans. Cigarette but littered outside. Pool out of order. Girl at desk attitude short and non helpful on check in.

Beds, room size/ floor plan, frig, microwave, tv's. Lady at front desk during nite shift 10 pm was very helpful and nice. Another lady w housekeeping very nice and had uplifting conversation about working.

Management wouldn't allow us to shorten our trip. Had to call Bookings to make it right \ hopefully we get credit. Cleanliness poor. Seemed to be more of extended stay place.

Room rates were good. The night staff was pleasant and helpful.

Sink stopped up, water in the shower didn’t stay hot would turn cold,in just a minute or two. Rome had been not thoroughly cleaned from previous guest found a fake fingernail on the carpet. The sheets on the pullout sofa were dirty and the furniture was not clean. There was markings on it. I’m assuming a crayon. Crumbs all over the floor. The pool was closed.

No outside area to relax No hot water for shower, had to call for service Breakfast didn’t have creamers, cream cheese, drink cups were the tiniest cups. Personel said all out of regular coffee/juice cups. Only choice of juice was orange juice and cool are Shower curtain had mold on the bottom half. Ceiling tiles in breakfast room were hanging dust from them. I was told to put 50$ down for incidentals and would be removed and returned to account. Thought that was strange.

The water didn’t get hot and didn’t stay lukewarm once it reached that temperature. There were drain flies flying around the room and that was gross. They ran out of washcloths and my kids were unable to shower because they had to was washcloths and didn’t bring them to our room until it was close to checkout time.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great and not too far from downtown. The room was a great size and my kids loved the TVs.

front desk cut me a key for a occupied room, did not seem to know what she was doing breakfast was out of everything but waffle batter and white bread for toast . no butter ! The breakfast room host was with an outside friend and using loud foul language

For breakfast there was only boiled eggs and waffles and there used to be more of a selection . The beds were hard as can be and we had ro move rooms bc there were ants and the room we got moved to almost all the lights didn't work so we were in a dark room.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. We stay at this hotel every year.

There was no one at the desk when we came to check in. Bed linen was disgusting, had to have fresh ones sent up. Had to take a cold shower because the water wouldn't get hot. Then the phone in the room wasn't serviceable.

It was a decent price and relatively close to the beach.

Wash cloth were not available and the towels were dingy not clean enough, there were baby roaches in the bathroom and I'm not sure if it was fruit flies or what but it wasn't pleasant. Very disappointed.

didn’t have hot water 2 of the 3 days, breakfast was supposed to be full and it was only carbohydrates, parking was tight, wasn’t clean, it smelled like someone was smoking pot in our hallway the entire time

Breakfast is a joke. No meats. Trash near a room door was there when I left the hotel around 9 A.M. and still there when I returned to the hotel in the evening around 7:30 PM.

Some of the staff members are excellent. The manager of the hotel was not when it came to refunding money for nights I was charged for but did not stay. I had to file complaints with Booking.com to get him to take action on my refund/credit to my credit card.

the beds were comfortable bed i could feel the springs on my back when i laid down, only had sheets on the bed no comforters or even a blanket and the wifi was terrible i keep asking the front desk about it and they keep saying its down its down the only reason i went to this hotel because i saw the commercial on tv and its way different from what they said

The hotel looks old and dated. The bathroom looked old. Water pressure not strong. Mother sat on commode and it was wet and bleach got on her clothes. The furniture was hard to sit on. The room just felt dumpy. We could hear the laundry room near by. They had one luggage cart and a wheel was flat
