The coffee maker had a used coffee pod already in it. We didn't have any coffee cups in our room. We didn't have any towels to dry off after a shower, we had to use hand towels. I reserved a king sized bed and got 2 doubles. When I told the woman at the front desk she told me I was supposed to be in a different room but the staff member put me in the wrong room.

They said they were fully booked for the next day but I went on booked.com and had an option to book the day the stay said they were full. I chose not to stay based on principle and chose to instead book with a more expensive competitor. And found I liked the competition better and will be staying with them from now on. So their ruse only lost them a once loyal customer. I am loyal always until a company gives me a reason to switch to a competitor. Never give a customer a reason.

Lobby and hallways smelled musty and unpleasant. The room was OK. I thought there would be a hairdryer in the room but there wasn't.

Reasonable price considering it was during the solar eclipse.

I wished the indoor. Pool was working and since it was closed you couldn’t use the sauna or workout room bc they are only accessible through the pool room. I wished there was make up towels to use to remove make up also

Daily, had to get the key card redone and still took 6 times to get in my room. Decor was very dated. Room was clean, bed was awesome. Slept great, but lots of road noice which can not be helped. Carpets in hall were stained and smelled of animals.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby was great and clean. Note in the elevator said was under new management.

Room a little dirty, garbage behind TV stand/dresser. Need different breakfast choices, same thing every day. Need ice machines on every floor. Dont like the fact it took more than a week for payment to come off card, should've been immediately. To pricy for pets, $25.00 a night 😑, prices are high enough these days! Only had like 2 or 3 channels that was coming in on TV. Shower curtain rod was broke. Need more Handicapped parking spaces.

It seems well traveled so its as clean as it can be by those standards. But definitely could use some updates. Myself and several guests had to keep going down to the desk and have them fix our keys. It's just hard after a long day to make it to your room only to have to go downstairs again to fix the key. This happened to me everyday with handfuls of my stuff needing to b lugged back down as I was traveling alone. On the last day I had them do it before I went upstairs, then still had to play with the key several times to get in. It would unlock turn green and you'd hear it unlock but the door would not open. It also seemed like the workers had dealt with this all the time. So if it's that much of an issue I'd be recommending that it gets fixed asap. Also there was no working ice machine on my floor, went down 2 levels to get ice. These seem like small issues until you realize that the 2 things you need the most in a hotel (to get ice and get in ur room without incident) are where it's lacking. Other than that I would stay again as it's well appointed and near alot. But please get new room locks 🔒😩

It was well located and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Also very comfortable beds.

That the indoor pool was actually open but the DAY SHIFT customer service agent didn't know it. Also, that the pool wasn't heated. I overheard the NIGHT SHIFT customer service agent telling another person checking in about the facilities at the hotel. When she mentioned the pool, I spoke up and said that we were told earlier in the day that it was closed. Now, here it is 9pm and I am informed that the pool was back open. It had been for 3-4 days now. So, we didn't get to use the pool (which is the ONLY reason that I had booked this hotel) because the pool closes at 10pm

Loved the beds! They were very comfortable. Fell asleep as soon as I laid down.

The Hotel appears to be in a much needed remodeling phase. It does show some wear and tear around the edges. For example the shower/tub was clean and worked but the tile work was not in the best of shape.

The breakfast was OK...the location worked out well it was near our Saturday evening church services. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The manager was very helpful in insuring we had a well maintained room

In my opinion the housekeepers could check the rooms for trash, towels, coffee, and toilet paper daily. I wasn't worried about the bed not getting made every day, But, we had to ask for towels twice. We didn't get them either time. . We finally went to the pool area and got a couple. I had to ask for toilet paper. If we wouldn't have put our trash and dirty towels outside of our door. They would not have gotten picked up.

When we got there the room was clean. The staff was very nice. The pool and other facilities were also kept neat and clean.
